The service is so bad that:I have ordered a SIM card that had never arrived. They have activated it by themselves, even though I have never received and used it. After 3 failed attempts to send me a card, I have called them to cancel the contract, which you of course cannot do right away, it was cancelled after more than a month only. Then, they still want money from you for the service that was never actually provided, so you have to pay for nothing, and the customer service says: just pay and we are not going to discuss it. After all, they start sending you letters (which miraculously come to your mailbox, unlike the SIM card), claiming I have to pay. Pure fraud
Worst ever. Really weak Internet. They also make canceling really complicated. I did it online, but then you need to call them to do it within two weeks as well. When I asked if they speak English, the lady hanged up. I called again and got the info that the English speaker will call me back, and it never happened. Still struggling to cancel the contract, they charged me for another month in the meantime ;)
There exists live chat support, but it is hidden in the "persönliche Servicewelt" instead of being on the main website. And the live chat responces were very quick! Thats great! The estimated waiting time for calls was 13 minutes with only paid call numbers. So I wouldn't suggest calling them. And on my mail request they answered on the next day, so thats okay.I havent tested the card itself yet, so I cant give them the 5 stars yet. But their contact seems really good until now and thats much better than what I got from Unitymedia.Customer support is extremely important when it comes to services!!!
I also had a bad experience with PremiumSIM. Other than really bad coverage, everything is in German, operators don't speak English, and the biggest scam is closing the account. Even though, I terminated the contract, talked to them over the phone which resulted in me not having access to their services since I don't have an account with them anymore, they kept charging me. I still don't know what to do I will write here the solution when I resolve it.
The services of premiumsim are so bad that I am frustrated now. I ordered iPhone XR seven to ten days ago and they replied that I have to submit the valid residency permit. As I arrived in Germany a month ago I don't know what is a valid residency permit for them because I sent my visa, city registration (anmeldung), taxation ID and passport documents through email. Then they didn't reply anything and I again asked them then they again asked me for a valid residency permit. Finally, I told them that I have only these documents (mentioned above) and asked them that if these documents are not mached with the requirements, then please cancel my order so that I can buy the phone from other parties.I don't know what should I do.They are not either cancelling or accepting my order. They are just asking for a valid residency permit which I have not according to themselves.
Don't trust them.I signed up with PremiumSIM as I was in need of a good contract with short cancellation (1 month in this case). Unfortunately it is nearly impossible to terminate the contract. In December 2018 I cancelled my contract via their online portal and to complete the cancellation I also had to make a phone call. I called them on the given number, gave them my login in and password and they confirmed that they would end my contract. Two months after this I realized that the SEPA payment was still active. I called them in February 2019, asking why they kept charging me and got the answer that I never cancelled my contract. They told me that they have no record of my phone call in December and therefore the contract is still running and that my last payment will be in April 2019 - 5 months after I first tried to terminate. When I called them to terminate the contract in December I used a number from 1&1 and unfortunately I can't get my logs as they only save data for 12 weeks so right now it is my word against their. Since December I have not used the number once.Signing up with them is very easy, the online portal is quite good and their customer service is also quite nice and friendly. From the outside PremiumSIM seems to be a very legit and professional service provider but now it really feels like a trap and a very questionable and unreliable business. I don't recommend them.---------------------------Hi again,As I said it is my word against yours and we had this conversation already on the phone, twice. The number I called to terminate the contract is the one you sent me in the email: 06181 7074251. The email is dated 06-12-18. I called you the first time 11-12-18 around 16:00. When I called you the first time I did not have my username and online password ready as I had to give you this. I called you back the day after, 12-12-18 around 15:00, and in this call the contract was successfully terminated. I know the dates and timestamps as I have print screens on my phone from these days to remember my username and password. When I called you I used a phone number ending with 5623. I really do not undertand when you say that I did not call and terminated the contract within the 14 days. Either one of your agents made a misstake or you are trying to to rip me off here. I acted just like the email instructed me to do.Best,Gustav
I tried to order an apple phone with a premium sim with LTE mit vetrag and I don't understand how can they rejected a person buying a phone? and they cannot disclose the information for the rejection it seems. This is my first experience of rejection for a mobile phone it's actually funny and rude from premium SIM
