I really wish I could give these guys a zero rating! First off, I switched provider, the switch was due to take place on the 28th of August. Never received the new SIM, emailed, got it on Saturday, still waiting on it to be activated. I have now been without a phone for over 6 days. Activation is supposed to take 3 hours but it has been 24 hours, still no email, cannot even switch on my phone on as I dont have the new pin number because I only get it in the service center when the SIM is activated. Really regretting my decision changing to this company. Please avoid these guys at all costs. Finally got connected 1 week after i was suppose to . They never answered any of my emails, (i wrote in german and english) upto that point. I had to keep checking the online service centre and finally saw it was activated with the pin number......never wish to have any more problems with this provider. PS I am based in Germany not China.
Similar story to the reviewer "MPark" found below. Went abroad (outside of EU), immediately turned off my data after landing, but unfortunately 2 or 3 Whatsapp messages had already managed to pass through, probably occupying 10-20 kilobytes of data at most, but nothing big really. In either case, the next day I unfairly received an SMS informing me that I was charged 59.50 euros for this, even though the ONLY information I got was that the data would be 15 cents per minute per kilobyte. This is terribly unfair and there is absolutely no transparency involved. A similar story happened to my girlfriend with Premiumsim, and she has had to cancel her account in return. I will do the same most likely, if i get no reimbursement.PS: I removed the chip out of my phone because I am afraid to get charged any additional hidden costs. They will probably use this as an excuse to say they "tried to call me but could not reach me", even though they have my email account in their system. Mark my words.*UPDATE*I'm sorry, it looks like I made a mistake. I probably used more than 20 kilobytes. Maybe it was 21 kilobytes. Maybe it was 100 kilobytes. Maybe even 400 kilobytes. This totally justifies the 59.50 Euro fee I was charged immediately right? They will never share the exact amount of Kilobytes i used because they know it was almost nothing eitherways, and absolutely not in accordance with the "15 cent per 10 kilobite" Tarif info SMS I received from them prior to the rip-off. What a scam.Stay away from any Drillisch brand if you want to avoid hidden costs (premiumSIM, winSIM, etc). It may be a bit cheaper but definitely not worth it.
Worst customer experience ever. I ordered my sim card on 01-01-2018 and I received an email from them that my sim card has been activated on 04-01-2018. Then the charges for that sim card were deducted from my bank account on 10-10-2018. However, its 26-01-2018, they still have not delivered my sim card. I have been complaining everyday and all they have to respond to that it is with the delivery service and they have no idea how to track the shipment. Also I received the tarrif and bill receipt on my address but just not the freaking sim card. I live in Berlin, Germany.Either deliver the sim card or refund my money for god sake. Stop ripping off your customers. Also your customer help line is always busy, I guess it doesnt even work. Also I never received any call from any of your agents yet although you have clearly mentioned in those email replies that an agent would contact me(all of these email replies are in german, atleast have the courtesy to reply in English when i make a complaint in English).
If I could give minus stars, I would. This company is dead-on set on milking every cent from the customers! So far they have managed to charge me 87 euros, with a 10 euro option, for calling 90 minutes in the EU. I tried to cancel the recurring subscription - it was impossible to do it via the website; I wrote them a contact form, and no reply. The second month they charged me again for the subscription I asked them to stop.Customer service provides no real answers, and seem to ignore completely and repeatedly any request of cancellation. My advice is to look for ANY other company. Don't be lured in by the seemingly advantageous bundles they offer - they will charge you way more in the end.EDIT: In response to the company's reply- the international minutes on the second bill amounted for 9 euros - yet they somehow managed to charge for €31. No other services were used, but those minutes.I would like to point out that in the perhaps 10 replies that I received from them, this was the one and only written in english. I suppose they seem to care what a prospective customer thinks; but as an existing customer, I was clearly not worth the effort.I strongly stand by my advice - you are better off chosing a different company!UPDATE 14.04.20184 months after the termination of the contract I return to Germany and find 3 envelopes, 2 from credit recovery firms - 70 EUROS new bill. Before the termination of the contract I repeatedly!! asked them to confirm that I have paid all the bills (87+ euros) and have no outstanding debts to them - and they confirmed. Now there is a new bill! The correspondence between me and them, on my account on their website has dissapeared - not a single inquiry left. That correspondence proved they confirmed that I don't owe them anymore money, and now it is all gone.Stay away from this company. Better donate your money to a charity!
