SCAM........They don't even deserve a star, its a scam......run away from this. They charge extra money for data that is never booked.

Their service is not good

Their service is not good, doesn't work for me outside Germany.2nd thing is they always include some hidden charges in their contract, i had experience this shady thing on several occasions with me and with my friends. So scam is the correct word

riduculous charging on the Internet fee…

riduculous charging on the Internet fee in overseas. For me mere 0.003 GB they charge me a freaking 42 Eur. Please give me an explanation on this asap.

SCAAAM!!

SCAAAM!! Dont use this service! They were charging money out of my account eventhough I canceled the membership! If you call them, they want your password wtff????? Never give your password to anyone guys! This is such a scam seriously. Good that I told my bank to cancel their transactions! Please do it as well guys!

This is the worst sim I have ever used…

This is the worst sim I have ever used in my entire life. I have a contract for 9.99 Euro's but instead I get charged over 20 Euro's every month. From the first month I started using the sim since August last year I have been charged over 20 Euro's and I paid every penny.Every email I sent since last year there was no reply, all the calls I made they all say they don't speak English and they don't even make an attempt to help. Every other customer service I have encountered usually has someone who can speaks English to help those who can't understand Deutsch.Last year, I got a letter from them telling me to pay up for a service I had already paid for months before and if not I will be sued. I was so upset, how does a company send out letters to harrass their customers without verifying if the customer is owing or not. I sent an email concerning this and not a single apology was sent.I have tried everything I can and this is the last straw. If by next month I get overcharged again, then I am going to sue them.One of my greatest regrets of 2019, was using premium sim.They are fraudsters and should be shut down.

Absolutely horrible service

Absolutely horrible service, I didn't get my email with my username, I call to ask if they could send it again. I opted to start my service later (one month after ordering) so I didn't get my phone nr yet. So the woman on the phone say's "I need your number", I say "didn't get one yet" "then I can't help you" and she just hangs up the freaking phone.I call again, get a different employee, say that I have a complaint about their service. She asks for a phone nr. Say I don't have one yet, SAME THING, She just hangs up the phone.. I have no idea what they are doing there, but stay far far away from them!

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever seen - I never get any reply to my emails/requires. I had a problem with my payments, tried to solve it by writing emails, never got any answer and then I had to pay the double amount. Last week I travelled outside of Germany, my sim card stopped working (it can`t find any signal). I have written already 3 emails but haven`t received any answer for 5 days, which means I am without any phone so I can`t either call the hotline.

Scam, Fraud, Legal Problems, Stay away!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in Germany so far. At first, they sent a letter to my address and I felt everything was fine. It took three weeks, dozens of failed attempts to talk with them over the chat, the email, the phone, nothing worked. They charged me for a service that I did not use. The SIM card did not arrive.I asked numerous times where my SIM Card was with no reply until about 4 weeks later when I was told my address was incorrect. So please explain how the first letter arrived with the same address, yet all subsequent mail couldn't arrive because the address (same address), was wrong? These guys are unprofessional and fraudsters. I charged back the credit card transaction they made. They IMMEDIATELY contacted me via the same address they said was not correct to tell me there was a problem with billing.Right. So the address that doesn't work, suddenly does work when it comes to taking back the money using the banking system.Many months later. I find they have hired a lawyer to collect the first month of payment that I charged back to my account costing me roughly €100 to settle this.They are such an unprofessional bunch of scammers that I'm going to cancel my account next month and take my business elsewhere. Or I can get them to refund the amount that they cost me due to dealing with lawyers, THANKS TO THEIR OWN FAULT AND THEIR OWN UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR.Do not use PremiumSIM under any circumstances. You'll regret it.

Damn bad service and worst support

Worst experience ever with the support.I'm trying to solve an issue, had to call 6 times, send 4 mails. And it's still not solved.Among the experience I had with the support, they usually:* Ignore what I say, there is no discussion. If you tell your support to not discuss, replace them by robots. This will be more understandable* A person who suddenly hung up because she couldn't understand the problem* A person who criticized myself as a person* Every time I call, they tell me my address has a problem (that means I cannot receive any mail from them) while it is correct onlineYou are trying to save money on the support. Well, because your support sucks, we have to call, and call again which cost more than needed. Start automating some process online, send notifications on the web interface or emails. Best support is no need for support. I have 6 sim cards from different countries. I never needed to call or mail any of them, it just works.I know you hide under german law to justify every of your actions, no need to mention them.Probably going to cancel to go back to prepaid sim card. At least cost and time is predictable there
