Contacted them in the beginning of December to change the contract owner. They delayed the response and charged for a prolonged time of use, although I did not need it anymore. Moreover they charge the current contract owner instead of a new one on a contract owner change. It would be more fair to charge a new one, as he/she is the one taking it over. Another view on it is that it is like a new contract where you pay an initial starting fee, and the new owner pays it. But they organized it otherwise and refused to do anything about it. And charged additionally for an extra month that I did not use.Although the service was relatively good. With a few exceptions, where I did not have service. Because of the experience above, I'd avoid premiumsim and simplytel resellers.
This company deserves no star at all. I canceled my Mobile phone contract two times but they are still deducting money from my account. I even have two messages from them confirming that the Mobile phone contract has been terminated. But every month they are still deducting money for a device l paid 27 instalments. l want to completely leave their services because they are taking me for granted. Is there anyone who can tell me how to go about it because l had taken a new contract for mobile data only but at this moment l don’t want anything to do with these scammers and crooks.
I had a contract in Germany but due to the need to move to Ireland I had to request cancellation. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY.nothing short of a fraudulent company.I would've gladly given it 0 stars if it were possible.I was fooled into this Contract. I opted for a plan to take over my old number. In the contract, they said that they would take care of everything and my old number would be replaced effortlessly. After one week, I received an email saying that it was not possible to overtake my old number. I called their customer support in Hanau for the first time and I was put on hold three times until I hung up. After 20 days of waiting, I received an email with a new phone number. I was furious because I opted for this plan to overtake my older number and not get a new one on top of the other three that I had. I started calling their customer support on the weekends when I had more time to deal with this nonsense. The first female agent I talked with was extremely RUDE from the very first sentence. She was shouting at me, telling me that it was not their problem, and making me sound dumb because my German was not good enough for her. I asked to talk to the manager, but she refused, insulted me, and hung up the phone. The next day, I called them again, and a male agent was less rude but with a more tough voice refusing to check what I asked of him or rebuke the contract. He gave me another number to call. On this line, I talked to a female agent who was again extremely RUDE from the first breath (sighing heavily as though he had just gotten off another phone call fight with some other dissatisfied customer). She was extremely impolite and disrespectful (Your German is bad, you're in Germany, you have to speak good German) and she made me regret asking her to talk in English (she started shouting again). I tried to explain to her my situation, but she would interrupt me a few times and start rumbling about standard procedures irrespective of whether or not they are suitable for my particular case. I got mad at this nonsense and asked her to stop talking and pay a little bit of interest to my particular issue. she screamed at me and wanted to hang up. I asked her to forward me to her Manager, but SHE REFUSED, then hung up the phone in my face, which I this point happened three times. I'd assume that they have some chart board in the office, checking it every time they slam the receiver down on the customer, at the end of every month the winner with the highest slams wins a prize. This is the second month of my contract, I have no sim card, and I am paying the fees already for a service that I HAVE NOT STARTED USING YET.
Impossible to close the account and pay the bills. I paid the bill and later the company said I didn't pay by email. I proved that I paid with the reference number with the transfer receipt in the contact email and they never answered me. So I tried to close the account, but the attendant said I have to pay all the bills before closing the account, but it is not possible to know which monthly bills they are considering as unpaid on their website. So I try to call them to sort it out and they said they don't have the info and will get back to me via email. Again, they never sent me any emails. So I don't know what they consider unpaid and at the same time I can't close the account. Finally, instead of answering my emails or calling me back, the company sent a letter to my apartment that I no longer live in giving me a deadline to pay my bills and threatening me with a fine for not paying, but when I received that by the landlord the deadline was already expired. This has been going on for months and the bills keep coming even though I want to close this account I don't even use.
