The poor service I have ever used. I live in Friedrichshafen that is 60KM far away from Switzerland. I was using my mobile data and don't know at which time the signals switched to Sunrise (Network of Switzerland) and Premium Sim charged me 60 euros for that. I got the notification message the next day that I'm using my data outside of Germany. How un-professional this is. When I called, I was told that is my problem and my mistake. Even though I am living inside Germany, still they charged me twice 60 euros for using my data outside of Germany. They have no solution for this and I am sure they are doing this deliberately.
I ordered a new sim card on 30th November and got the sim on 14th December 2019 which was already activated on 12th itself, even before i received the sim. Now that i have got the sim, it is not completely activated. I am able to place calls but i am not getting any internet connection. The problem persists even after trying different solutions like changing the sim slots and restarting. The msg that was sent by PremiumSim saying your Internet services will get activated is also not workingWhen i call to speak about the problem the customer care is rude, and they are not responding to my problem. My friend helped me later to find a solution. If only they would have suggested me about APN settings in case the normal way does not work i would have got the solution easily and a bit early.now i have increased a star.
I have had a horrible experience with premium sim. The SIM card never arrived in the post and I have contacted on numerous occasions. Phone cals go unanswered and message responses ignore the question/concern being asked and simply say "I hope we have resolved this issue." The company has continued to charge my account, even though I never even received the SIM and have tried cancelling for over 2 months now. DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAM!
Spent two weeks at the beginning of my trip trying to configure my phone (automatic configuration from PremiumSIM didn't work). The support chat didn't work 99% of the time but (no surprise here) the one for purchasing their products was working...all the time. At least now I'm pretty savvy when it comes to configuring access point names and what not. The automatic switching to a new operator ones you loose the coverage of the previous one (due to moving from one country to another) doesn't work at all and you have to manually search and select. And since some foreign operators don't give you roaming access if you use PremiumSIM (for some reason) sometimes you will waste a lot of time looking for working operators. The coverage and network quality is poor to average at best. Funny enough the worst network quality I've experienced was not during my 7 months bicycle trip through Europe but in Germany itself after I returned. Once I find an alternative I will dump PremiumSIM. I can't receive most of my calls (while I'm IN GERMANY) for some stupid reason. Paying 7 EUR per month for this is not worth it. And the 2GB internet is also a joke since it's the bare minimum in all EU and EFTA countries. It's nothing special but looking at the ads they make about their product you would think it's incredible. The only plus side is that you can disconnect with a one moment notice. Of course I will verify this very soon and won't be surprised if it gives me headaches...
Fair price and good coverage but absolutely terrible service. Charged 57 euros for forgetting to turn off data roaming when I landed in the states, for literally 30 seconds. I asked if we could so something and they said no. I wouldn't advise going with them, at all.
Poor service, would not recommend!- an accidental connection for a split second out of Europe cost me 50(!!) € when I was abroad- they charged me after the contracted teminated ("because that can happen in some cases according to the terms of use")- reluctant when you signal them that you're planning on terminating the contract; they leave your termination letter uncommented for weeks until they reply
Very unprofessional hotline services!I had to pay about 20 Euro for 1,4 MB roaming data. Yes, it's really expensive. I just tried to call the hotline services to ask for some solutions to avoid this issue will happend again in the future. The premiumsim-guy on the call was really unprofessional. It seems to be he is eating something and answering my phone; not only that - his attitude is somehow like he is doing the minijob. I had the feeling that he was totally 100% not interested at all in answering my phone or providing me some information about the issue and how to help the customer to avoid receiving the crazy bills. It's quite strange for me to talk to somebody like this on a hot line, so I asked him about his strange attitude - and he told me not to insult him!?!I asked him about a posibility to provide my feedback to Premiumsim regarding this very bad services from him, he told me to search on google. So, I do it now here.As a long time customer of Premiumsim, I am now quite disapointed.
