No issues for me!

I received a prepaid card through a digit event, i registered and received the amount without any issues. I hand said money over to the wife (like any good husband) and she spent it all on Disney stuff for our daughter who's birthday is soon. No issues at all although i was worried after reading all these negative reviews. But no problems for me.

Complete trash, avoid at all costs.

Complete trash, do not use. My transactions always get "Declined by Real-Time Decisioning (RTD) processing". And I have also had my account completely deleted before even though my card still had funds and hadn't reached it's expiration date.

i receive a pre paid card every month from doing a survey and have never had any problems using them, even the digital one worked fine

Useless Digital Credit Card... you cannot use it

I have a virtual credit card but I'm unable to use it on ANY page, no matter what... delivery, food, bets, stocks.... including thru Paypal, or load it on Apple wallet. I suppose that is because they charge you for every month you have money on it. It's a NIGHTMARE, they play with your money. The last ridiculous thing is that after the OTP they ask for the last amount you paid with the card... WHEN YOU HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PAY ANYTHING!

Their website is not legit and directs to a telephone number. This number 1-866-230-3809 is non functional. Surprised that they can get away with such poor and illegal activities

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Terrible fraud prevention and policies. Card was compromised and the funds are not refunded. No communication from company.

Useless product, and godawful customer service

Used my work's rewards scheme to purchase two virtual gift cards and regret it immensely. They simply won't work, I've tried various reputable online retailers. Customer service agent 'Aaron' is worse than useless, they cluelessly paste irrelevant snippets from their script, constantly pass the buck back to the rewards scheme I sourced these cards through or the retailers I'm trying to use them on, and were actively rude and straight up ended the chat when I asked to be escalated.If you're stuck with one of these Amazon seems to be the only place I was able to get it redeemed - although I would have gotten a much better rate if I'd redeemed for Amazon credit directly from my works reward scheme. You can top up your gift credit there in unusual amounts and make sure you don't leave a penny on your card for these scammers.

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. The card clearly had a system error where websites were not recognizing the information and my card balances incorrectly showed $0 prior to card expiration. When I spoke to customer service they said the responsibility was up to me to pay $13 and mail a letter in for card reissuance when they are the ones who violated the cardholder agreement.

Avoid them at all costs

I usually don't give any bad reviews, and I really have high tolerance and patience, but given their insolence, I have to warn other people to AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. What happened to me is that I redeemed some rewards from my employer as a gift card through them and I was required to pass through a verification process. I uploaded the documents which they needed and the process didn't pass for whatever reason, and I though, well it's ok, this can happen to anybody and their customer support will help me out. But boy, I was wrong. They don't respond to my emails most of the times, and when they did, they've written a generic response, which looked like it was written by a robot. Their call support was even less useful, as when I called them, they told me that they will send me an email with the link where I'll need to reupload the images that they required, but in the end, they didn't do that and I tried to ask them a couple more times through email to send me the link, but they they stopped responding to those emails. If someone from this company is reviewing these reviews, don't you know that by denying your customers the appropriate customer support and waiting for the gift card to expire, you are basically committing a thievery, which is a serious crime? The gift card will eventually expire, and since you have control over it, the funds on it will most likely go to you, which means that you are keeping other peoples money for yourself! This is highly unprofessional and unethical! I would give your zero stars if I could!

Would give zero stars if possible

Would give zero stars if possible. I got a prepaid card as a rebate. Sometimes it worked and others not. Now when I go on to check my balance I cannot log in after getting a message about being redirected from another website,. which I was not. Someone needs to shut down this bogus operation.
