I wouldn't give any stars. My experience has been awful. I purchased a $300 virtual visa card in October 2023. I tried using my card in December but the charge was declined. Upon checking the balance, my card was at $0.00. It had been used 11 days after purchasing it plus my digital wallet code was sent to a different email. Someone accessed my digital wallet, change my name, email, phone number, address. They tried three cash transactions without success yet on the 4th transaction they were able to spend the entire $300. Contacting customer service was very frustrating. They hung up on me 3 times. My fourth phone call was finally "escalated". I received a "dispute/fraudulent form" which landed in my junk folder instead of my inbox. I filled out the form, faxed it & waited about 2-3 weeks. I emailed customer service for status. They emailed back stating there is no dispute with my card, fill the attached dispute form out and send it via email. I wrote back, I already faxed the form. They replied it could take up to 120 days. It has been over 5 months since I started the process and I still have not received my money. My next step is to involve the police because Prepaid Digital Solutions / ONBE is not helpful.Renae Kraft
I have over $500 unrecovered/missing money from Dacor rebate that I was promised. I kept inquiring on when I would receive credit for rebate. I was told in process for months. Finally called again and was told It was sent by email and I had spent a couple thousand. I NEVER received anything. I filed affidavits and have fought and they still have not credited everything for some virtual token card that seems sketchy. STAY AWAY form #DACOR #swift and digital prepaid solutions and also #appliance connection in NY online. This is a scam. I feel like they are all in together scamming people. Still no resolve
This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life, slow, useless, unable to comprehend basic support issues, rude and unprofessional. They mail out cards with no security so if they get stolen there is nothing stopping them being used. Trying to get them to help you will result in multiple sessions till you get a rep who is bored enough to do something.Avoid this company at all costs they are not worth the pain in dealing with
I would give 0 if I could - absolute shambles of a system.Cards are frustrating to use - get declined all the time - you can't use them in so many places. I made sure I spent all my vouchers before they expired but 9 mths on I got a refund for something that broke down - now given the card has expired you'd think they would bounce the payment back but oh no the thieving crooks accept the money. When I queried where my refund was I was firstly told that I would forfeit any funds left on my card at the time of expiry - advised them it's only just been put on the card so I now have to pay them money to get a new card to get my refund as well as a maintenance fee! Avoid like the plague .... should not be allowed.
I feel like I'm actually wasting one star by giving it to this company. The service is awful, and the customer service is even worse. If you email them, you're basically just writing to a black hole. You're lucky to get back a canned response. If you open a chat you'll be at least an hour waiting for a response, and then you'll get told to email them. If you call, they don't answer. Cards will get randomly declined and then you'll be told that there are no declines on record. Please do not waste your time on this company.
