Awful. Received a pre paid gift card. Tried to use it multiple times and it was declined. Then the card expired. The re-issue free is £10. Tried to complain to get the same reply each time. Can’t ring themAs it’s a USA number and won’t connect. They have blocked me at every turn trying to use this card. They refuse to ring me to discuss my complaint. Awful customer service. Would highly advise against using them.
I am trying to get a replacement card, it was lost, then recently found- after it expired... they just keep telling me to access the website on the back of my card. But it says: We detected that you have just been redirected to this website from another website or search engine, which is a less secure method of accessing your card information. Try typing the address in your search bar.but thats what I have been doing. The rep says if you cannot access website then card cannot be reissued. I just lost $112
I also have been scammed by prepaid digital solutions. They tell me my $220 is not accessible. Answer in 2-3 days, twice now. Someone with very very broken English asking for photo ID. I see identity theft in my future.I received the reply from prepaid digital solutions. In their reply, they state that I "may" receive the verification email. I have not received any verification email. This is the same pattern that prepaid digital solutions has used with other customers according to their reviews. Without the verification email from them, my money will go into their bank account, another pattern listed in reviews for prepaid digital solutions.
I have been trying to get access to my account for months now. Support are absolutely useless. I have received the same repeated message over and over again telling me to clear my cache, when I have told them I have tried several computers from day one. It's clear they do not read these emails. It's to the point where this is so infuriating. There is no method of contact or escalation.[Update: Despite the response from Prepaid Digital Solutions below, PDS would not be able to find my account details from this review. Nor have they reached out to me or provided evidence of doing so. I already have a case open with PDS and this is still unresolved.]
2 days ago I received a gift card from Prepaiddigitalsolutions and because I had never heard of them I asked a well known search engine (starts with a G) about it. Most relevant result is Trustpilot and I am ending up staring at a long list of 1* reviews. Not easily discouraged I go straight to my Marketplace of choice (starts with an E and ends with Bay) and start adding items into my basket.Checkout time comes up, I add the card as my payment and all goes well - all items are paid for and will be coming soon.The whole process of setting up the card was pretty painless and I wouldn't mind getting another card from them for free!
Hard to believe a company like this is still used by corporations for gifts. 10 seconds of googling will bring up torrents of reviews like this one. Opted to put some Awardco points on a pre paid credit card. They asked for proof of ID, I sent them (last count) 4 different high resolution scans of my passport and they keep sending emails back saying it is not clear... despite the fact that I work in Digital Imaging and the scans are super sharp and clear.... beginning to suspect they are no more than a scam. No way of contacting other than email, which appears to be automated and useless.
