Customer service unreachable. Written to them on their email. And also on their Instagram, I see them commenting back to other users but not me, IS BEEN OVER A MONTH SINCE I ORDER MY EYESHADOWS (nov28, 2024) BUT NOTHING NO RESPONSE, NO EYESHADOWS NOTHING I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. worst thing i ever bought..they didn't bring me the products I ordered, they took a long time to arrive, it hasn't been long since I received them and they have dried out and the colors have faded, they have turned an ugly yellow
Scam alert. Yes their social media posts the most beautiful glitter makeup you will ever see but sadly you will never receive it. I’m done going back and forth with these people. Such a shame, I really wanted to wear the Christmas glitter for the holiday too. $200 wasted. I’m just going to go to my bank and dispute.
EXTREMELY Disappointed.I was so anxious to receive my order. I made my purchase since October 11th 2024. After inquiring about the status of my order, I received a response from Customer Service on December 11th, 2024 asking, "Have you not received this order?". Since then, it's just crickets!! No response to my follow-up emails. I am am so upset!I have been quite polite and extremely patient. I have requested my money back, but of course...no response! This is so unprofessional. To whom can I escalate my claim? If you are unable to deliver my goods, then please refund me my 'hard-earned' money. Thank you!
Still waiting for my order placed on August 26th. The only way to get in contact is via WhatsApp and everytime it takes a week for this company to respond. They have plenty of time to post on Instagram for that matter. Each time I look I see new posts and videos. The first response was an invalid track & trace, so they promised to send another package with a fast tracked service. Again I am waiting for 2 weeks and I have been asking multiple times for a track&trace number which haven’t been given so far. I only get promise on promise. It’s only words an no action. I am really supportive on small businesses, but this really feels like a scam. Customer service is not really into their dictionary. Will never order here again.
I am so sick of this. I ordered 3 glitters for a friends birthday in September it is now the end of November. I got little to no contact or updates I was told from October 4th until 3 weeks ago that it’s “on its way” when I spoke to associates they gave me vague answers. I got tired of waiting and canceled my order and requested a refund. Which was confirmed by an associate then I never received it. On top of that now that my order was cancelled I can no longer speak to an associate. I feel scammed and I want my money back. On top of that I have attempted reaching out on social media with no response.
LOOK AT Z’s COSMETICS REVIEWS THIS IS THE SAME COMPANY 🚨🚨 this company is literally thieving peoples money, I know they used to be Z’s cosmetics because I blocked the account after having a very unpleasant conversation after I requested a refund after 3 months of not receiving my order (if you paid through PayPal they will usually refund you), and when I look at my blocked list this is the company name now on the account. Even the way the brand owner trolls through these trust pilot reviews and calls people weird or liars even though more than half her reviews are 1 star speaks volumes, truly a terrible company with poor management and even worse morals. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
