Absolutely shocking company! Ordered a pair of joggers for my daughters Birthday and when she opened then they were all stained.Sent pictures via messenger and they apparently cant see pictures lol! Sent them to their email customer services and have heard nothing! Absolute disgrace of a company!
My item was delivered to the wrong place, the delivery company have taken fault I have been trying to contact plt for 4days now via WhatsApp, iMessage and Facebook and no one hasn’t gotten back to me for me to get a refund. Since rebranding the customer service has gone down sadly.
I used to be an avid PLT shopper, and have spent thousands over the years. Recently, their service and quality is shocking. I've had issues with my order, and its taken +10 days so far for any replies, yet my issue still isn't resolved. The advisors are not helpful. The items are often bad quality, but don't have the cheap price tag to go with it. Will be sticking to other fast fashion brands and avoiding plt now
Since PLT rebranded and changed ownership their branding, clothing and customer service has become abysmal. I used to be an avid customer and it’s safe to say I will no longer be ordering from here. After ordering an item I received covered in stains clearly not quality checked before sending, I tried to contact about this through iMessage, instagram and now the emails customer services @prettylittlething.com & PLT claims team @boohoo.com .. still no responses, disgusting and frankly out of line with trading standards, sad to see this companies demise
I would give it 0 if I could ! This company is awful never buy from them, I order a next day delivery it didn’t show up for over 3 weeks I contacted them on the day it didn’t show up as I was moving out of my address 3 days later . Even after expelling to over 7 different customer people they still did nothing to help me, in the end the parcel was delivered to my old address over 3 weeks later ! I cannot get the parcel sent to as I don’t know the new owner and I have left the UK but they are saying they won’t refund me or help me in any way. The worst company ever
Absolutely terrible! Sent an item back they recieved it on 16/08/2025......I am still waiting for an email to confirm they received it let alone my refund! I contacted them on the 23/08/2025 to find out what was going on and got sent prewritten emails which didnt even answer my questions! Then they say i am being connected to anoter agent and i didnt get a reply till today! Absolutely appalling service! They also try to convince you that your refund is less??? Who on earth runs a company in this way?? Having worked in a very large customer service department for high end fashion brands, I know the process and also how to treat and speak to customers. Which you guys clearly dont! Once an item is scanned back into a warehouse it generates an email to the customer and also the refund process. For some unknown reason it seems to take them forever to do any of this. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. One can only assume they do this in hope that you forget and they dont end up refunding well sorry PLT I will not be letting this go.......
I order from them and everything I got was nothing like the picture and the clothes were either to big or to small I didn’t even bother for a refund bc I already knowThe Quality is cheap and the fit is all wrong Don’t waste your money on anything that you see because it’s not what you’re going to receive. Save your yourself the trouble and stay away from PLT I DONT LIKE PPL TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME THATS WHY IM SPEAKING UP TO HELP OTHERS Gap old navy will save you money and the sizes are correct
Sham company that steals off their customers. Stay away at all costs. I will be reporting to Trading Standards. I have attempted to return two orders but the returns portal does not work and when you click for help or to contact someone, the page permanently says ‘oops not working’ but encourages you to continue shopping. Only way of contacting them is through What’s App which is a bot which tells you nothing and you do not ever have a response from an actual person. I shall also be reporting them to Debenhams (as they Partner with these) to advise that they no longer deal with them.
