Excellent products, good quality, I have seen articles dissing them where they bought a £2 t-shirt from Primark and compared it to a £6 t-shirt from another store, the reporter from Kent never even had the brains to buy a product of the same value....The clothes last pretty well, their jeans out lasted my Replay jeans so I would say that's pretty good considering they were a fraction of the cost. I would definitely recommend shopping here. I am male incase anyone was wondering.
i think Primark is a grate place to go shopping its amazing serves, clothes, jewellery, makeup, shoes and hair stuff its amazing its one of my favourite shops to go to its famous all around the world and if i could go there everyday i would.
Appalling customer service refused exchange when bank receipt was shown including time of purchase and accurate date. To me this is stealing and tbh is probably why it is doing so well in competition with others if you like the reputation of a thief !
Absolutely awful customer service. My goods had more stitching hanging off than holding the item together and customer service really couldn't care less. I know there supposed to be cheap but I'd expect to at least be able the wear the item once.
The clothing is amazing material everything about but when it comes to bagging their bags are reliable they rip if to much added I know their doin recycling but I think it’s better if they used plastic recycled bags bc papers ones can’t hold as much n trying to shop around n it rips is a no go !!
