Ordered online with click and collect because they didn't have in stock in store. Then I get an email 3 days later telling me sorry item out of stock so we have refunded. Come on Primark it's 2025 get your stock sorted! No excuse for selling online and then not having stock in the warehouse. Very disappointed. Every other company in the world has managed to get live inventory why can't you!
I loved the collection of shoes/slippers at Primark especially at those amazing prices!Their website has improved significantly, in the last couple months. I remember I had to physically visit their store back in December 2025 to buy what I wanted, but now they have improved the interface of their website and made it easy to shop online.
Customer service is awful. Ive ordered a click and collect which was due to collect yesterday, however I had the dispatched to the plymouth store email but nothing to say its ready to collect. Ive emailed.. nothing, online chat...doesnt connect to a human, plymouth store... doesnt answer the phone. Ive recently had surgery and dont want to go all the way into the city centre for it not to be ready but also dont want to miss my window for collection considering the amount of reviews that have had problems with no collection notification until they've decided to send it back.GB4238059585
We bought daughter a top for birthday but it was a size too small. Unfortunately we could not find receipt but had payment on banking app. Labels still on jumper but Bournemouth Primark store refused to change for next size up jumper. Poor daughter upset as had really wanted top for her birthday.
Can you review any lower than 1!!!! i bought a spider-man hat for my son in cork!! tried to exchange it in the Corrib Centre in Galway today !!! wow to say the staff were awful was an understatement!! too bothered with a charity cycle to help ANYONE!!! two staff hiding behind rails laughing and joking about antibiotics !! The manager would not swap a child's hat for me !! Loads in stock !! loads and i was past 1 day to return it! i spent 200 Euros in pennys !! but the manager today was so rude and so awful !! Came home with 2 hats !! Worst Pennys ever !! avoid !! Dear Primark your target market is now teens !! Do you realise parents fund the teens !!!! avoid this store
I had the most amazing experience, the security guard in Kingston primark. He helped me with my bags whilst I shopped, he showed me where everything was. Super friendly and welcoming, and helped me out so much bless his soul kindest person iv ever met. He deserves a pay rise. Mr Gill best security guard in Kingston iv ever met
Very bad experience.first of all they sell their products without price tag and when u go to return them for xyz reason they refuse to return the item as their was no tag in that.if it’s their policy not to return without tag then why they sell products without price tags.So be aware when buying products.
