Hello Trust Pilot; I have asked you to adjust your website to allow for "0" stars because of companies like this one, PrimarkAfter being told I could not have a refund or exchange in Milton Keynes, Midsummer Bouldevard store, I told the cashier I would pay for another item at a different till; it was to allow me to transfer some money to my account, not wanting to hold up another customer. The manager and cashier did not believe I was going to pay for the item downstairs and reported me to security. I was covertly withheld in the store by cashiers who thought I had stolen a £3.00 pillowcase! They interrogated me publicly wanting to know why a pillowcase was not with a quilt cover. I reported this to their complaints department who wanted to blame the security staff, however it was the cashiers not the security staff who would not let me go. Gaining insight into the complaints advisor wanting to shift the blame on to the private security company I withdrew the complaint and the complaints advisor responded that I should not contact them anymore.
Management at the primark store in Belfast hang your head in shame for your totally unacceptable behaviour towards a member of staff who was wearing a Christmas jumper with merry Christmas written in irish. Disgusting is an under statement. I for one will never ever step foot in a primark store again
Tried to exchange an item for larger size. Met with rudeness, unprofessional behaviour, refusal to assist, lack of interest. Requested the manager attend. Scruffy badly dressed individual arrived with the same attitude.There are other department stores in preference to this one in Lincoln UK that would enjoy giving good customer experience. This store is not one of them. Avoid.
I was super excited about the store opening at Concord Mills in NC but was hugely disappointed. The event was disorganized with zero transparency to event details. Especially regarding gift cards, I asked several team members about handing out gift cards and no one knew whether or not there would be any. Also, the team members were very rude when answering my questions. I also talked with a couple contractors (people with the contractor badge) working for the event and they were very unfriendly as well. I felt prejudice and discrimination from one contractor who showed extreme discrimination and malice toward me when I asked him about today’s event details. Again, super disappointed and hope the store can improve.
Went to Bracknell store and bought a set of underwear and socks. The customer assistant behind the counter was as rude and I’ll mannered as I’ve ever seen. Said come here sir and proceeded to scan and literally throw my goods into a paper bag and ask me for the money which I paid by card for then threw my receipt in the bag. Then I realised that she’d over charged me and asked her why she charged me £11.00 for goods that were marked £5.00 on the pack. She looked at me like I had just insulted her and called her manager over for help. He explained what to do if it happened again and she stood behind the counter and argued with him about it in front of me and other customers and staff. This lady has completely the wrong attitude to be working in retail and will not ever be an asset to primark or any retailer. She has absolutely no customer service acumen or service skills. Just because Primark goods are cheaper than other retailers doesn’t mean that Primark customers should be treated like 2nd class citizens and be spoken to and treated in such a rude, dismissive and disrespectful manner. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!
