Went to the Sunderland store, went to tills to pay for my 4 items.The sales Assistant asked me if I wanted a paper carrier bag which I excepted her offer, only to find it was a small bag and I said to her, you won't get all those into that bag.Her reply was oh I will.She proceeded to roll the items upwith the hangers still on the garments. I stopped her and said, get a bigger bag and fold the garments up, instead of rolling them up. Her reply was my manager said this is how I have to do it and she will be watching me and I will get wrong. She finally got a bigger bag, and proceeded to fold the items up, but with the hangers still attached to the garments. I explained it would be easier if she removed the hangers. She finally did remove them folded them up and placed them in the bag.I paid for the items and started to leave the till point, when Security came running upto the till point. She had called security onto me, for asking for my garments to be folded and bigger bag. Shocking service.
Has to be the worst website in the history of the world. So slow it practically crawls and when you try to register it won't let you, just says names cannot begin or end with whitespace spaces? Tried on desktop and phone. Complete rubbish!
Primary Hull - 4th time overcharged for items in a row. Good job I’m checking the screen as they are going through. 3 weeks ago bought some jeans and got overcharged and came back 3 weeks later and was overcharged again for same pair. Clearly this is becoming standard practice.
Only Yesterday in Düsseldorf, Germany your workers and Security threw Out a Young man and His Baby girly with a broken arm For sitting on the staircase Side waiting For His wife to Finish Shopping.We are living in a civilzed world where the customers should BE treated with Respect.lndeed a very shameful incident on the part of the workers and Security of Primark in Düsseldorf in Germany.For your information the Familie was from another state , Kassel, Germany.They CAME to receive this insult.Shame on the Management If they dont respond to this allegations
Stevenage StorePlace is a dump and 6 staff (teenagers) standing around talking. I watched a pair of girls pass same item between them a number of times in an attempt to look busy. They didn't move for 15 minutes. Clothes all over the floor. Elsewhere one customer asked a query about prices as the denim table had sale and non sale items mixed up and and was told "look on the label".I approached a member of staff wearing no uniform or badge but had headset on so I assumed she had some leadership role. I asked her why the store was a mess and why she allowed staff to chat instead of help customers and was curtly told "madam, let management do their job". Hmm, that's a professional response. I stood in front of her while she actually rolled her eyes. Her reply should have been "thank you for bringing that to my attention, I will deal with it now". It appears the weekend staff stand around and the weekday staff spend hours sorting their mess.Well done 👍🏼😐
