i absolutely love primark whenever i go i can find what im looking for. the staff there are really nice to. however i feel as if primark should start doing pjamas and hoodies that teenagers would definitley buy such as vampire diaries, the originals and more tv shows.
So when I go to primark I like to get pajamas but I really like getting the Disney pajamas because they have great designs but they do be pricey. Primark if you are reading this hi I want to give you some ideas for pajamas you should do some vampire diaries pajamas because I would definitely buy them thank youuuuuu
Love primark so much! The only MASSIVE downside is that they don’t deliver and since I don’t live in a city with a primark I’ve always got to travel to go shopping there so can’t shop as often as I’d like to! The range of clothes is awesome and they always have something to suit my style whenever I shop there.
I have been visiting shops in Belgium, Italy, and UK and I am always happy with what I buy from them. They have so many choices and I love the whole Disney line.I have been decoring my bedroom and studio with their home decor dep. when I relocated back from Mexico in November and I will keep on buying from Primark.
My review is about return policy. There are few, if any, stores in NY that only have a 28 day return policy. At the very least the return window is 30 days. Being used to that policy, I went to Primark to return something at the 30 day mark....two days late. The cashier told me she could not help me; that the policy is a strict 28 days. I could not get my money back for the items that fit no one, nor could I even exchange them for some other merchandise. After I returned home, I called the store manager and spoke to the one on duty at that time. She said they do make exceptions for a day or two, so she told me I could come back the same day and she would help me. I am a senior citizen, had just recently gotten home from the store and really did not feel able to go out again. I told her I could come back in the morning, but she said she would only allow the refund til end of day. So even though I am tired out, I have to get myself back to the store; spend more money to get there and more time. Their return policy is narrower than any other and I will not be shopping for anyone in that store again.
