I purchased the treadmill 6 months ago, the belt has completely folded over and I called customer service and the best they can do is send me a youtube video on how to "try to fix it?" So I spent over $1K on a treadmill and it is under warranty and yet, it is MY responsibility to try to fix it. Your customer service is trash- I will be taking it back to Costco.
I purchased a ProForm treadmill and also an extended warranty 2 years ago. I was satisfied with the product until six months ago when it started to make very loud noises. I contacted ProForm and iConfitness.com to inform them of the problem and that I needed service on the treadmill. We have traded emails for the past 5 months with no resolution. They now want me to take the treadmill apart and try to fix it myself. What was the warranty for if not to resolve these problems.
I purchased proform treadmill with extended warranty. My belt is damaged and i requested for repairs that is under the warranty, Have called different days and several times to no avail. The company is a joke with big scam.
If I could I would give this company zeroThis was probably one of the worst customer experiences I've had. I bought the treadmill in November 2022 and when it was delivered it made a terrible noise. It took this useless company 6 months and three visits to finally work out that the machine has been welded wrongly in the factory. They didn't have a replacement so the only thing they could offer was to refund, but only if I deconstruct the machine my self and make it as easy as possible for them to pick up. No compensation, apology or even offer to take it down. 8 months, never worked, and possibly the worst customer service I have ever seen.Avoid avoid avoid avoidTrustpilot has replied to this review. never again will I buy proForm machines their customer service is horrible; I just bought the proForm 9000 on 10/19/2022 my machine does not have the Bluetooth Audio button that shows on the photo listed on the website and I can't connect any Bluetooth device without it! they won't exchange it for another one and charge 2 different fees to return it! they won't work with you! the machine has a big scratch on the bottom and it's supposed to be a new machine! DO NOT BY PROFORM!!
This company is no good. Proform has been considerably dishonest. They shipped a Proform bike to mesaying it could not be cancelled. It was already shipped. It was not shipped. FedEx says it was shipped on 18 of October when Proform says it shipped 14 October. I cancelled the order before it was shipped and the TD Bank company who finances are trying to make me pay a $250 cancellation fee. Proform opted to not have the box signed upon delivery and dropped it at my front door about 530 in the evening with no signature nor even ring the bell or text me it had been delivered. They won’t be around too much longer. Slicksters. This company is no good. TD BANK should drop them ASAP. Who wants to form a class action case against them. Ordered A Replacement part on 9-2-21.Called to follow-up multiple times, told there were shipping delays from the supplier but the parts had finally arrived to the distribution center. They needed 1week to verify good parts before they shipped. Was told this story at least 3 or 4 times. Still have no part and it is now 10-12-22
I would give a Zero star to the Proform -Ifit customer service. I called them for a maintenance work on an elliptical ($ 2,199), still under warranty- they never reached back to me, even after several emails. Do NOT buy equipment nor subscribe to this scam!
On August 19 2022 I purchased the Proform Pro 9000 costing $1700. Unfortunately, this machine has stopped after 1 month of use. The treadmill is stuck at the inclination 12, the motor is doing a weird noise and the screen is showing that the safety key is not connected even if it is connected. So now I cannot use the treadmill and no feedback from the customer service.I have been calling and sending email with my issue and no feedback .It is really disappointing that a company of this size doesn’t have a customer service and an item of this price has issues after a month. I strongly recommend to do not buy from this company.
