Worst booking service, I just tried to book a bus from IN to BAU, tried twice payment deducted twice but the booking is not done.. Sending automated messages on whatsapp asking if I am still interested in completing the journey FFS I AM! but don't show any support, asking for my money back but the chat support is buffering to infinity whereas both the IVR numbers says heavy call waiting line and disconnecting calls after pressing language button lol. This app is getting ready to be doomed soon as I don't think there is any one looking at these issues.
I booked a bus from madiwala to chennai . i was waiting in madiwala but after long time also there is no intimation after much difficulty reached helpline number and got the number. The conductor told to board the bus in electronic city . There is no proper communication and made me tensed in the last minute The contact number which they shared during the booking if i contacted the number the person is on leave then they should give a alternative number right simply told to call the helpline since there is a few minutes more for the journey. I had a very poor experience i never suggest anyone to book .
Bus from Nagpur-Mumbai was (Laxmi-Holidays) booked for 10th August 2025. But, bus got cancelled by the operator 2-3 hours before, The refund amount 2056.00 was supposed to refunded within working 5-6 days. But, it was not refunded even after 19 days.
I booked a bus from Dehradun to Manali on 9th August 2025 (Ticket No: TU9619928624) for ₹1205.40 with City Land Travel through the RedBus app. The operator cancelled the bus, and RedBus claimed the refund was processed.However:On 9th August 2025, the app showed the amount was “credited” to my bank account — but I never received any SMS from my bank and my account balance was unchanged.On 11th August 2025, after I checked the refund status again, it showed the amount was “credited” at 7:37 PM. This is misleading — the app seems to simply update the date to whenever you check the refund status, instead of showing the actual transaction date.Till now, no refund has been credited to my account.This is frustrating and feels deceptive. The RedBus refund tracking is unreliable and confusing. I hope they fix this issue and process my actual refund immediately.i try to call many times to the customer care but i am not able to speak ...,, i had experienced that after the journey is completed than the customer care executive will immediately call on that day for the 5 star rating.when we are in face of problem they dont receive call at all , my mobile number is 9675700008
This is in repect to bus no MP14ZH8899 GK travels lucknow to ambala . The bus staff do not cater for decent toilet. They stopped in some random filthy place at 1030 pm on 8th aug and ask the passengers to do toilet in the open. Very inconvenient and unsafe for women and children specially. No Catering for washroom after 8 hours (at 0630 am on 9th aug) of continuous journey. When asked their reply their was there is no washroom. They don't bother to identify any decent place and stop at least once in 8 hours. Very pathetic arrangement. No regards for passengers.

🚨 A Horrible Travel Experience with @redBus & KMC Travels (formerly Tranzking) – Safety at Risk!On 4th Aug, 2025, I booked a KMC Travels bus (via redBus) from Rajapalayam to Chennai (9:45 PM, Seat U27). What followed was one of the most irresponsible and unsafe travel experiences I’ve ever faced.🔴 The bus started late, and within 45 minutes, the AC stopped working. The driver and conductor disappeared for nearly an hour without informing passengers.🔴 We were later told that an alternate bus would be arranged only after reaching Madurai, forcing us to travel 2+ hours without AC.🔴 Around 1:50 AM, in the middle of a highway, passengers were asked to get down and shift to other KMC buses on our own.🔴 I, as a solo female traveler, had to struggle at midnight with my luggage without any staff support.🔴 The seat I was provided in the alternate bus was a last-row double-occupancy berth shared with another woman and child, extremely unsafe and uncomfortable.When I raised this with @redBus, instead of taking accountability for such a serious lapse, they made me wait 10 days only to refund ₹162 against a ticket fare of ₹1642.👉 This is not about money. It is about: • Passenger safety (especially for women traveling alone) • Accountability of travel operators • Customer service failures from platforms like redBusAs customers, we trust @redBus and operators like KMC Travels (earlier Tranzking) to ensure safe and dignified journeys. Sadly, this experience shows how little importance is given to passenger safety and service quality.I strongly urge @redBus and KMC Travels to take responsibility and fix these gaps. Incidents like these are unacceptable in today’s travel ecosystem.
