The bus left earlier than scheduled, and the service provider confirmed this, while surprisingly, the platform also stated the same. It feels like a deliberate attempt to fill seats on the route. When I called the support team, they placed me on hold indefinitely. When I tried again, they insisted they wouldn’t disconnect the call, but mentioned the bus company was unresponsive. I attempted to book again through the platform; the initial charge was 438, but 740 was shown for UPI approval. After canceling and trying again, the correct amount appeared. It seems the system is designed to mislead.
I attempted to book a ticket with a 15% discount, where the price was Rs 8032. However, the platform failed to process the payment I made. On my next attempt, it requested Rs 8500 instead. It seems like the system was designed to prevent payment completion, potentially to unfairly take advantage of customers.
If there had been an option for 0 stars, I would have chosen it. I strongly advise against booking anything through this platform, as they show little concern for their customers and prioritize their drivers. My bus was delayed by 2 hours without any prior notice, leaving us stranded on the highway. Now, they claim that a refund is not possible and suggest finding another alternative if I'm unhappy. Is this really the solution? The service was terrible, and I will never use this platform again; it was my first and last experience.
The bus operators canceled my ticket, and I have yet to receive my refund. Each time I email, the service claims the refund is processed, but the bank confirms no amount has been credited. I feel misled, and it’s disappointing how they treat their regular customers.

It’s unfortunate to share such a bad experience.

I can only give one star because I can't give zero. Extremely poor service from the travel provider. I booked a ticket for Dhule with a specific pickup point, but the bus didn't stop there and left without me. On the return trip, my drop-off was supposed to be at Dadar, but the bus went elsewhere, forcing me to get off at a different location. I advise against booking through this app.
As a foreigner without an Indian SIM, I found it difficult to navigate the booking. The app accepted my overseas number, but then listed the wrong boarding location, causing me to miss my bus. Attempts to contact the driver failed, and by the time I figured out the correct location, the bus had already left. Trying to get a refund was impossible, as customer service was unreachable.
