See the difference of amount I have paid from the so called redbus app see the fraudulent practices by them I m riding from Jaipur to Jaisalmer and paid seat charges in 1400₹ while my fellow seat passenger has done booking from Agra to Jaisalmer and has paid only 1000₹ so the shrewd company struggling to earn money likewise proud of you redbus and see the mystery while I talked to redbus customer care they said it’s like we can’t do anything sir we are helpless
I will give RedBus less than 1 rating as they are looting the people in the name of rescheduling. I booked ticket at Rs.400/ at 12 pm mistaken on today’s date. After noticing I made mistake I rescheduled it in their App and to my surprised all the ticket prize was Rs.850/ instead of 400. So I again need to book by paying difference amount of Rs. 450. Is it the way to deal with customer.

I request immediate attention to this issue and a clear update on the refund status without further delay.Please treat this as an urgent escalation and respond within 24 hours. Such A fraud Company I have Booked a train tickets from them with seat guarantee but seat did not get confirm and they just return seat guarantee amount not ticket amount or not 3x Amount And they are stupid jokers the customer support was literally illiterate.. Inki MKC
Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent travel with Krish Travels on 26th August 2025, booked through the RedBus app. My journey was from Coimbatore to North Authoor, and my booking details were confirmed via email and WhatsApp.My reserved seat number was D1 as per my ticket. However, during the journey, the bus staff insisted on changing my seat to A1. I was not in a position to change seats since I was in deep sleep, and the way the staff argued with me was highly unprofessional and disrespectful.This behaviour caused me inconvenience and discomfort during the journey. I consider this as very poor service and unacceptable from your staff.I kindly request you to take necessary action against the staff involved and ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future.For your reference, the bus number was TN66AU2098.Thanking you for your attention. Hello dear redbus customer don't use this terrible application since they are not providing good service I booked 2 Lower ac sleeper seats which they charged my 3000 per seat for same route and destination I use to give 1000 to 1200 but this time they charged double and even not providing basic sevice ac not work
I had one of the worst experiences with RedBus. The bus was delayed, but nobody bothered to inform me. The tracking app wasn’t working at all. The contact number mentioned wasn’t picked up, and when it finally was, I kept getting transferred from one person to another with no proper help. I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours in the middle of the night.Because of this delay, I reached late for an important media event. Honestly, the fault lies completely with RedBus. To make things worse, when I messaged asking for the bus location, I got a reply at 6:30 AM — when my bus was scheduled at 2:00 AM! I was the only passenger standing alone in the rain, and this was simply unacceptable.Thankfully, Mr. Imran dropped me to Borivali where I was supposed to board, but had I been informed properly, or if your tracking system actually worked, I wouldn’t have had to stand there for hours at night.If you’re charging customers a commission, you need to ensure proper service and 24x7 support. I’ve seen interviews where the co-founder spoke about starting RedBus to solve the exact travel issues he once faced. Sadly, RedBus today is creating those very same problems. Honestly, after this experience, I feel it’s time to boycott Redbus.
