Review Time
As I have along with my family book tickets from Ernakulam to Bangalore. Departure time from Ernakulam was 9 PM and arrival time is 6.20 at Bangalore but departure is 3 hour late and arrival is 6 hour late that’s why I have missed my flight and have to go for new flight at very higher rates. No support system. Will prefer Govt Bus in future

And about the sanitization part seems like even at Covid time bus was not sanitized and complete bus was stinking. Where there was no option i adjusted like other travelers . But for all this wonderful amenities we got it during the travel operator provide a free jungle tourism in between and this help as to reach the destination point more delay and which makes as happy, even the villagers seem like the bus as they never seen kind of previously in their place. To know the reason we have approached the driver and the stated they have changed route due to traffic 🥳, but unfortunately apart from this single private traveller vehicle we never find any more vehicle on this route . And for all this red bus customer service team Helped a lot with closing customer concern without providing resolution. What a wonderful service team
0-Star Service – Absolutely Unreliable!Our experience with RedBus (Yamuna Travellers) was a complete nightmare. We had booked an 11:00 PM bus from Ahmedabad to Keshod, but the bus shamelessly arrived at 2:00 AM, leaving us stranded with our family in the middle of the night.No prior update, no courtesy call, and when we tried contacting them, no one bothered to answer the phone. This level of carelessness, mismanagement, and lack of responsibility is simply unacceptable.If you value your time, safety, and peace of mind — do not book with RedBus or Yamuna Travellers. Totally unprofessional and unreliable service.
They gave the wrong location and didn’t answer calls, which made me miss the bus late night with your 2-year-old kid. • This was done purposely so they could onboard random passengers by bargaining at higher rates. • Families with kids and elders should be cautious before booking.I booked in Intercity. People travelling with Elderly and kids please be cautious and book trains in advance. Avoid these hustles for your good.
It was my very worst experience in my life that I have booked in the redbus, the bus which I booked was local bus and the ticket mount paid was huge, not sure why this types of buses they keeping as vendor, it's not mentioned van pickup I'm going around for 3 hours in the Hyderabad City and I got the bus so worst , very bad smelling and no clean , the bus stops in the all the stops for public the brand is non other Tanz india , please dont book the bus and redBus in website it's not mentioned anything about the bus,
I recently booked a bus through your platform, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My bus was delayed by 45 minutes, and upon arrival at the boarding point, I was shocked to find that the bus had been changed without prior intimation.The bus quality was extremely poor — the window near my seat was very noisy, the seats were dirty and had a bad smell, and the charging points were not working despite being listed under amenities on your platform. The bus operator’s phone was switched off, making it impossible to contact them for assistance.Additionally, the driver played loud music throughout the journey. Even after I politely requested him to lower the volume, my concern was ignored.This experience was highly uncomfortable and not in line with the service promised during booking. I request you to take appropriate action against the operator and ensure such incidents do not happen in the future. I would also like to request a refund for this inconvenience.

My experience was very bad because I have booked my ticket for uday pur but they dropped wrong location also my dropping time is morning 8.clock but they dropped me 3.00afternoon pls don't book red bus and I again rebooking my return bus on 15august they force me today 5 Star rating.....so have to give rating becoz I have alone in my journey
