DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!We were stranded and left in a city (AGRA - INDIA) at 9pm with nowhere to go, no transport having been lied to by the operator and bus driver repeatedly. Save yourself a lot of stress and headache. DO NOT USE THEM. Now RedBus won't contact me back either. Its really not about getting the refund but more about the priciple. Luckily I was with my partner but had she been alone in that part of the city in that situation it could have been far worse.
I have booked bus from Bengaluru to Wayanad. Operator cancelled the bus. I have initiated the compliant. But no refund initiated so far ( 2 weeks now) . Red bus do not have email for customer support . No proper phone number that connect to customer care.
I can just tell avoid using the redbus & its associated buses. They are one of the worst service provider. Many a time they got late by 3 hours beating Indian railway. When I asked about the late, why it not started from Kalyan in Mumbai, they replied we are not having the control, meaning they are lacking feedback system.
It has automated customer service which says I have been emailed the resolution plan but I never received any email regarding the same. And now I'm blocked stating that it's too late for the complaint to be registered again when their customers service took 11 days to respond.
The condition of the bus of New Punjab Tours and Travels is very bad. Vehicle number AR01P7283. There are no proper facilities in this bus. There is no charging facility in it and the driver does not speak. So, I request you to provide the facilities that should be there in the bus and behave well with the customers.
I didn't get the bus. Forget the seat or mix-up I had to hire a private taxi from sonpryag to haridwar as I was returning from Kedarnath to back home I had a booking with red bus on 16th October 2025. But the bus didn't show up after 45 minutes they provided me a bus number to sit in and after next 30 minutes the bus operator denied to start the journey. I was forced to leave the bus - red bus service are not at all good as they seems on advertising now they are not returning my money
I would not recommend using RedBus in Colombia. I bought two tickets from Santa Marta to Riohacha three weeks in advance: busExalpa I arrived at the bus terminal 1 hour and 30 minutes before departure, only to be told to wait. After 45 minutes, I was informed that the bus had already left because it was full, and that the station had never been notified by RedBus neitherExalpa that we had purchased tickets.The staff told me I might be able to travel, but they couldn’t confirm when. Eventually, I was put on a bus that left an hour later than my scheduled departure, completely ruining my travel plans.This company clearly has poor coordination with actual bus providers and sells tickets without guaranteeing your seat.👉 Do not use RedBus. Go directly to the bus companies like Expreso Brasilia or others that will actually honor your
