The bus operator merged the passengers with another bus, probably because they did not get enough booking. Redbus was unreachable. The automated bot kept repeating the same meaningless answer. Redbus WhatsApp chat kept diverting me to the automated bot only. Worst travel of my life. Redbus is most unresponsive. When you book through Redbus, there is no contact of the bus operator given. So there is no way you can contact anyone.
Booked Mumbai Nerul to Pune Swargate via Redbus on the Neeta Travels bus. The bus was 40 min late to Nerul due to heavy rain. My seat no A as well as seats B,C,and D were soaked as the AC ducts were pouring water onto the seats. Drivers response was to go and find a seat that was empty and to sit there. The bus gearbox was obviously defective as it was creating a huge noise everytime gear was being changed. The bus then managed to make it to the Khopoli plaza where diesel was taken. After this the bus wouldn't start and the drivers solution was to tell the passengers to go and find their own way to Pune. It was raining very heavily and was a complete nightmare to make alternative arrangements. Redbus says that since they have carried us halfway they will refund half the fare. They contracted to carry us from Mumbai to Pune. They did not do this. Yet these people get away with breach of contract by saying that they will return 280 rupees. I will never ever again use Neeta travels or Redbus again. Government buses are better.
Extremely irresponsible response. Scheduled bus has not picked up the passenger even after follow up calls with the driver. Giv8ng a refund will not solve all issues we faced in arranging alternative transport.Red bus is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
Red bus is a Crap company, which doesn't care about customer and their needs.I had an experience where there was a red alert declared and as a result of which I could not travel. Had raised a ticket which remained open for a month and they came back after a month saying we cannot refund your money since the bus operator has declined the request.
Ticket cancellation, money not received. When I went to the bus and asked if the money was not received, they said that if your ticket is canceled, you will not be allowed to enter the bus. When I called your customer care and asked for a refund, your customer care was says we r helpless.
I booked a ticket from redBus (Ticket #TU9C45792499) on our way a person came infront of the bus and got hit by the bus and died on spot, the bus driver was and the bus both were taken under custody by the police, and then we all passengers got a call stating that your booked has been cancelled and you will get full refund, it is understandable that there was an issue but we all were in middle of were don't know we're to go and how, they just gave us a call stating cancelled and refund, we all were stuck in middle of nowhere and the travel company or redbus didn't do anything to help us. Whole night was in stress and we were terrified.
