Really bad experience with Gujarat Travels. The bus was 6 hours late, causing huge inconvenience and loss of time. Even after paying AC charges, the AC was not working at all. On top of that, 4–5 people were forced to sit in a single sleeper seat, which was unacceptable and very uncomfortable. The service quality was extremely poor.I strongly request everyone never to travel with Gujarat Travels and Red bus platform. Do not invest your money in such a wrong place – you will only get stress and loss in return. There are far better operators available who value customers.
I had a terrible experience with Gujarat Travels. The bus quality was extremely poor, AC was not working even after charging for AC tickets. Seats were uncomfortable, timings were not maintained 5 hour bus late, and customer. I faced a huge financial and mental loss due to their service.I strongly suggest avoiding this operator. There are far better and more reliable options available. Do not waste your money and time with Gujarat Travels and Red bus platform.
Staff behaviour was the worst, he was very rude, he did not have the courage to talk, in my bus, even though the seat was booked, I had to travel standing, they talked to me rudely, there should not be such staff and ac not working.

Worst customer care service. Even the President of a country can be reached but an executive of Redbus cannot be.Everytime you call the wrong menu appears and the line gets disconnected blabbering something recorded.I had raised complaint twice for wrong refund still its not resolved and they care a damn to respond. All assurances in the ads are just to fool people and loot their money.
I was standing at the pickup point since a long time but I got a call from the bus conductor and he was calling me to the pickup point which is 6 kilometres away and said that if you don't come within 5 minutes then we will leave and he said I don't know, I said it takes at least 15 minutes to reach there, even then I reached there in 10 minutes and he said we went further ahead, when I asked what is this, he said we don't know, we left, then I said give me a refund, he said you won't get it and Red Bus is saying that the refund option is disabled, Iam not to use it next time, the behaviour of Red Bus and the bus conductor was cheap and third class. Take legal action, thank you.
I have booked tickets for my sister and her children on 3rd september Kashmiri Gate to Dehradun.(6PM on board time)They have changed on board location from kashmiri gate to Anand vihar.My sister and I called the operator and and service no. Many times they didn't respond.Then finally they called around 6.30 that come to Anand vihar. Very very bad service and refund v wapis nahi de rhe hain. are bhai at least 2 ghante phle batao ki tumari bus nahi aayegi Kashmiri gate.Batana toh chodo call v pick ni kr re hain.lootne ka dhandha chala rakha hai logo ko.And asking how was your travel on their bus they don't even know what was going on their buses.Negative me rating ka option hota toh wo deti mai.
Dear Friends,I would like to share my recent experience booking a ticket from Visakhapatnam to Chennai through RedBus with Sri Krishna Travels. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing services I’ve ever used.The operator mentioned that the journey would take 14.5 hours, with an arrival time of 8:30 AM. However, even by 11:00 AM we were still on the bus. Many passengers, including myself, had important office work and meetings scheduled, which were seriously disrupted due to this delay.In addition, the bus facilities were far below expectations. Unlike other travels that provide proper charging points with both USB and Type-C ports, this bus only had USB ports (two per seat). For those using Type-C chargers (such as iPhone users), charging was not possible at all.For these reasons, I strongly advise avoiding Sri Krishna Travels if you value punctuality and basic passenger facilities.
