Cant handle timezones??

I booked a ticket for my mother in India from the U.S., and even though I clearly selected October 8th as the travel date, it got booked for October 7th — which is tomorrow for me in the U.S., but not in India. I tried rescheduling and again chose the 8th, yet it still changed to the 7th. Clearly, the system isn’t handling time zones properly. Now I can’t even cancel or reschedule — such a waste of time and money. Really disappointing. No real customer care person to talk to.

Bring enough food and water

This was a 19 hr bus journey, with Palomino. There was one stop where it was possible to buy food and drink, just after I got on. The other stops were only for passengers to disembark/ embark. On a couple of occasions, a seller came on board with snacks for purchase. The seats were comfortable. The company can improve by checking that all the seats recline; mine, unfortunately, didn't (but was supposed to). It would also be a plus if there was wifi on the bus.It would have been useful if some information was given during the journey; in English and Spanish.It would be a great improvement if the air-conditioning could be on all the time, and the passengers to be able to regulate it; it was turned on sporadically, and the quality of air was poor and unbearably hot in the bus, at least on the first floor. Otherwise the embarking at the bus stop was a good experience; luggage was well labelled.

Third class service

Third class service. So I was booking for 17october but due to default settings it got booked for 5th. And it's just been 15mins since the booking and they have told me that there is no other option and your amount will not be refunded in any case.

Don't use RedBus . Third class service, it is punishment for the customer to get connected with customer care representative when it is emergency.

Always confirm about the bus which you booked

My experience is very bad . Because during the booking of bus the bus interior structure will be different and after reaching and inspecting the bus the bus will shows different.I faced this problem during my travels .very bad experience
