Horrible experience with Red Bus.Over a month and they are not refunding the money taken out of my account for a failed booking.No tickets were issued.Complained online, with copy of bank statement to no avail.They keep sending mail, Hurrayy your complaint is resolved.Looking at getting a lawyer now.
I bought a ticket from Jaipur to Bhuj, but wanted to cancel it due to medical emergency, but it was not cancelled, the bus driver said go and talk to the office, I went to the office of MR Travels in Sindhi Camp, Jaipur, but they told me that they are unaware and they cannot do anything, I spoke to Red Bus, I spoke to Red Bus customer care and they said that the ticket will not be cancelled, I said please give me a ticket from Jaipur to Jaisalmer, they did not do even that, they ate up the entire money of my ticket, did not refund even a single rupee or did anyone give a proper answer, in my opinion, both Red Bus and MR Travels are thieves, they call it haram money.
It doesn't even deserve 1 rating. This site should have rating in minus. Worst service and they actually don't have any email id so you cannot cannot complaint.Please share consumer complaint email id so that at least we can complaint.
Dear Redbus Support Team,I had booked a ticket on the Geetha Bus service from Hyderabad to Sindnoor. The bus broke down midway, and we were made to wait for nearly 8–9 hours while attempts were made to repair it. Eventually, the problem was not resolved, and the driver himself asked us to take another bus, assuring that Redbus would provide a 100% refund.However, when I contacted your support, I was informed by your telecaller Ms. Manasi that only 50% compensation would be given. She also refused to provide her employee ID when asked. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, considering the severe inconvenience caused to all passengers.
My daughter booked the ticket from Vadodara to Mumbai using Red Bus. It was Arbuda Travels. Bus was cancelled. After several queries for refund of cancellation amount, Red Bus everytime keeps saying they will return it in 5-7 days. Not returning the money is fraud. I am going to consumer court. Asking for other compensation. They shouldn't think they can cheat me easily.
its the cheating app, I booked bus from Trichy to Bangalore, by the time when I book the bus, bus already left the boarding point 10 mins before. since bus was too early to that particular boarding point ~30 mins 1) Why redbus alow me to book the ticket since the bus already left the boarding point.2) Why bus driver/oprator runing too early (30 mins before)WHen I check the redbus customer not ready for refund. I may have to file the case.
