What a scam. This company is not evwn based in the US to truly address issues when the company does not comply with its own policies listed. I canceled my rental because the i reached the location where I was to m my paid for car woukd be the location stated that they haven't had any cars available for rent all weekend. I called carla rental and I was told I was not going to receive a refund because I cancelled which is the opposite of what's posted on there site stating you can cancel at any time but the issues was that the took my money then lied and booked me for a vehicle that was never available at the location they stated. A government agency needs to step in and stop this robbery by foreign companies. Don't waist your money with these fraudsters go with a well known company trust me.
Can anyone help me get a refund or credit to this place??! They owe me $700; they took money out of the bank and when I went to pick up the vehicle; the airport wouldn’t accept my credit card!!!! I ended up having to rent another vehicle and they are refusing a credit or a refund
Carla provided false information while booking. Carla showed free 350km per day, airport fee paid, no late fee mentioned. When I arrived at barcelona airport to pickup the car. They said 120km daily allowance, 20 euros airport tax, 40 euros late pickup charges because it was at 23:30. And 75 euros for insurance. First time booked with Carla. Never again
