This service is a reliable car rental broker. I booked an affordable deal, paid a small deposit for a cancellable contract, and was initially worried due to negative reviews. However, my experience was smooth when picking up the car from a partner location. There was a minor issue with my bank card being blocked, but that was not the broker's fault.
I booked a rental car through Rentcarla.com. It was with Centauro car rental at Alicante airport. Centauro have charged me for a scratch on my recent car hire. I took photos of the car at pick up and at drop off. These clearly show the same scratch was there when I picked the car up. Centauro refuses to accept the clear photographic evidence and has sent a very confused email response back to me. The matter is obvious and I have to ask about their motives for denying such undeniable evidence.Also despite declaring my age when booking online through Carla.com and getting a fixed hire price, they insisted I pay a 49 euros age surcharge when I picked the car up at Alicante airport.
