Really disappointed with the post sales customer care. Signed up for the new customer discount. When Intried to apply it, it said the code wasn’t recognised. I assumed they wouldHonour this retrospectively, as clearly it was my first order and I had been issued with a code. I had to place the order there and then as I need the dress for an event the following week. Asked them to apply it retrospectively and they refused. I feel duped by them. The code was obviously not real.
Needed to contact customer service via email to adjust an order: Extremely responsive, service oriented, and very quickly created the best solution. 5 Stars!!And then the order arrived super quickly, even though internationally shipped and beautifully packaged.
I had an amazing experience with Sachi from Self Portrait's customer service. She went above and beyond to arrange for my faulty dress to be replaced and sent all the way to Australia for a special occasion. When it couldn’t arrive in time, she organised a refund for me later when I returned the dress.While the other two dresses I received were of great quality, the only downside was that the initial dress had a few marks and seemed faulty, yet it was still shipped without proper inspection. A thorough check could have saved both of us time and money. Despite this, I would highly recommend Sachi's exceptional service and Self Portrait's clothing to anyone. Sachi you are a Star ⭐️
Returned a dress and some earrings automatically got sent back rather than them offering the option for me to pick them up from the post office. They received them and have not refunded me despite my emailing them four times in a row to ask as they confirmed receipt. I’m completely disillusioned as to how to get my money back. They have their items and I have no way to get them to respond? Beware as this company has terrible customer service and the dresses are not good quality
They do not accept returns and customer service are not happy to help even when you have proof of postage and have carried out your end. I sent back two dresses and cant get a refund! Dresses were not good quaility when they arrived. I would avoid ordering from their site at all costs. awful experice and out of 900pounds from this company.AVOID
