Excellent experience with SP

I have been eyeing Self portrait dresses for a while . I needed an elegant dress for upcoming occasions and I thought I should look no further than Self portrait. I ordered two dresses . Shipping was fast , packaged very well and the beauty and the quality did not disappoint. Unfortunately one of the dresses didn’t fit me well and I decided to send it back because I didn’t want to mess with alterations. Had no issues with refund they were quick. I was communicating with the customer service team via what up app regarding sizing , returns and refund. They answered all my questions within 24 hours , very helpful and detailed. Excellent experience. Excellent quality that is truly fit for Royalty . Got tons of compliments on my dress . Will definitely order more from them .

Great customer experience!

I recently decided to treat myself to some new dresses for a few special occasions I have coming up through the summer. I received the garments, and am so impressed with the beautiful quality of the dresses and attention to detail. I had been emailing back and forth with the customer service team about the best size options and asking for recommendations. They responded quickly with very helpful information, and were keen to do all they could to make sure I had the best customer experience. I will definitely be shopping with this brand again! Lost parcel returned - refund done immediately over the phone

I had an issue with the delivery of the return of sale goods back to Self Portrait online ( for over 2 weeks). I called up and explained the issue over the phone- Guneet dealt with my issue very quickly and asked me to send through a proof of sent items via Royal Mail (she stayed on the phone whilst I sent the email) as soon as she received it, she was able to offer me a full refund for my returned items and I would not have to wait for them to check with Royal Mail or their warehouse team to see where the lost parcel was. ( Which I think many other companies would do and cause further delays to the refund). Very impressed with the level of customer service and accountability of keeping the inconvenience of the customer to a minimum - Will be buying again from them as reassured that my I won’t have any issues going forward with my purchase. Thanks team!!

Shopped at SP recently and enjoyed the whole experience thoroughly. Had a few issues with DPD delivery and the customer service team were so helpful to fix the issue right away! If you’re looking for a brand that is reliable in providing quick and effective solutions this is the brand for you. Can’t wait to see the new AW collection this year :)

Poor all round experience

Firstly when ordering the delivery fee is €25 which is super high but as the dresses were good value on sale I said I'd pay it. I ordered 2 dresses. A chiffon one and a sequin one. When they arrived they were packaged together with no wrapping to seperate them. The sequin had caught on the chiffon and pulled the material. Not exactly ideal considering they consider themselves to be a high end brand. Sizing on both were tiny. I'm a UK 8-10 and the 10 didn't do up fully on either. Then the real fun started. Printed a return note and logged online I would have to return the items. Then had the pleasure of having to pay €20 for tracked delivery back from Ireland as I discovered they don't do free returns. I packaged the 2 dresses separately not to cause any more damage to try to be considerate and placed them both in one larger padded envelope. They have now emailed to say that only 1 was returned and their after service is shocking to say the least. The messages they have sent have said they're basically making mistakes in their warehouse. I'm now waiting over 10 days for my refund and still no sign of it. Avoid!

This company is a total scam.

This company is a total scam.They do not accept your returns although the return package has been properly sent and delivered to them.Delivery costs are ridiculously high and returns should be paid and organised yourself.Do not order here from outside the UK
