bad site

poor customer service ,i ask via 2 messages to cancel my order on sunday(we have to right to cancel an order),and it is shipped on monday morning,of course returns are the responsability of the customer,ino longer order never on the site !

SCAMMMMMM

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a dress in January, and as of today, February 25th, I have yet to receive it. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, including communication with UPS, I have not received any response to my emails or messages.I am requesting a full refund within the next 7 days. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to share my experience on all social media platforms to raise awareness.

Please DO NOT purchase from this…

Please DO NOT purchase from this company, they have extremely cheap poorly made items an at extremely high price…I returned an item from them over two weeks ago, their own policies says you get a refund within 7 to 10 business days, if now going to 14business days still no refund’ most companies refund you within 3 days of receiving your refund but not them…at this point I don’t even know if I will ever receive my refund! Stay away from them they steal customers money…

Bad with refunds

First time I ordered from them, they never refunded me even though they had received my return. I had to chase it up several months later and it was not an insignificant amount. Had I not noticed I would have never received it back.

SCAM

SCAM. Says they are UK company but fedex made me aware that they are Chinese. I bought a >$1000 dollar dress from this company. Was shein quality and proportions were off. The company's website claimed (and I have evidence of) that they would cover all US duties and import tax. They forced me to fill out customs paperwork, giving my SSN, and now I am stuck with a $177 fedex bill for import. Their phone number is not real, a dead line. Their online customer service asked for my bank information to pay it, after declining they said it was my responsibility, after sending a screenshot of their website they said they would take care of it. 3 months later and many attempts at trying to contact them, the bill is now delinquent and I have no other option but to pay. I returned the dress and they didn't offer refund within promised time span, I had to reach out for that, too.

Refund takes up to 3 weeks.

Dresses are beautiful but refund takes ages. I took credit. 1500£ not my fault dresses doesn't fit big breast. For first refund its took 3 weeks in total. Now 9th of Jan and I returned dresses before Christmas. This is ridiculous!!!! 1500£ it's not 50£ when you can wait it's credit for no reason but I think company roll your money on stock market for a while. All companies refund next day. Still waiting for refund. That is how they make money from you. Will not order again so many maybe just 1 dress.

Great customer service

I had to make a return for some dresses I bought for my daughter. Because of the Holidays I was a couple days late but upon reaching out to customer service to explain the situation, customer service was very understanding and allowed the return! I’m grateful for the understanding and prompt response it really shows that this company cares for their customers and their experience. I will definitely be purchasing again because of this positive experience!

EXCELLENT customer service! Aside from wonderful QUALITY merchandise, the level of communication and customer service is 10 GOLD STARS!! US shoppes could learn a good lesson from this wonderful UK based store!

They pay their workers less than McDonalds

Had a very nice experience in the store but so glad I didn't buy at the time. I had two friends comment on Instagram that they offer the literal minimum wage to new employees. Imagine that - A luxury boutique in Chelsea paying less than McDonalds wages. So disappointing and dangerous to support organisations like this.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience. When the dress arrived, it was in a completely crumpled condition, requiring me to spend significant time ironing it just to be able to try it on. This left a very poor first impression.From the moment I opened the package, it was evident that the overall quality of the product was not as high as I had expected.Additionally, I was surprised and frustrated to learn that the return process is not straightforward—it has to be entirely organized by the customer. Had I known this in advance, I would not have placed the order at all.While the customer service team was polite, their assistance was limited to offering kind words without providing any actual solutions.I feel it’s important to share this experience so that other potential customers are aware of these issues before making a purchase.
