Went there to get fixed my tyre that losing air slowly. They fixed it, I paid £26 and drove back to my office (5 mins drive) when I was checking the tyre it was losing air still. I drove back there and they said there was another damage and needs to be replaced with a new one i paid another £60 to get a budget tyre. Really bad customer service and don't believe them
I had a new exhaust system installed on my mini at Epsom and from start to finish they were absolutely amazing and the price was so competitive and will definitely go back again and recommend them the manager was so nice and very efficient well done
Called at 8am to ask if they could help me with a large puncture I’d got the night before and had to abandon my car. Got told someone would be there is four hours. Chris arrived on time and changed the tyre and checked the others for me. Quick, efficient and friendly service from the Hove team.
Visited Hove for a slow puncture and they changed the valve. Car garaged for 2 days and tyre again flat. Called them and asked for an appt. They said they didn't do appts but would see me right away as they had messed up. Returned for them to say i was at the back of a queue of 8 people and would have to wait... said i thought they shouldve explained that on the phone and they shrugged and said take it or leave it.. so i left. Not impressed
Shout out to the fine staff at the Hailsham branch, booked my Qashqai in for tyre replacement and a health and break check cause I had concerns after I’d purchased the car from the dealership and they discovered the rear tyres and brakes (disks and pads both front and rear) needed replacing and should have in fact been advisories on the MOT that was done before I purchased the vehicle, sorted me out same day and even knocked some money off the total cost, true professionals from start to finish, kept me informed throughout the day and advised on how I should proceed going forward as very clearly unhappy with how the car has been sold, even cleaned the interior for me after all the work, thank you once again for all you did today, 10/10 would recommend
