I am reporting these incidents to the police.One thing I have an issue with a males treating a female in this way when they wouldn't if it was a male.I read another review that mentioned racist behaviour. I 100% agree with that also.

Shell's contempt for customers

Shell Petrol Station, Clarendon Ave, Leamington Spa CV32 5PY. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Shell are diabolically corrupt. Now, they are charging customers £1.99 to use their ATM machine. Nothing is beyond the lowest levels of the gutter for this company to stoop. `Any' campany that uses franchises is basically a declaration to the world that they are corrupt, since franchising is a deliberately strategic method of avoiding accountability. That's why the franchisee can get away with whatever they want, including abusing customers, because they know that Shell don't give a damn. This is why their so-called customer services are known to be absolutely appalling, since their unwritten policy is "Screw the customer". Their charge for using their ATM machine is Shell's way of expressing this. As a matter of principle, I deliberately avoid Shell, despite living close to this petrol station. They are utterly despicable, immoral and unethical.

AWFUL Shell Customer Service

NEWLower Eashing Lane A3 Shell Petrol Station.No gloves & no towels again. Fella at the counter said it was because of Covid!! Yep, in 2024 some folks still think Covid is a reason for poor service. Maybe it's a Shell policy - am only going to visit Shell petrol station again in a dire emergency. Seemed much better when it was serviced by BP.

Everything about this company - now Octopus - is shocking. I am acting on behalf of an elderly relative and their lack of communication and understanding of orders and issues is unacceptable. I will absolutely ensure they are not recommended to anyone I speak with. A letter of complaint is also being written.

Rewards are terrible! The previous shell rewards scheme was much better. After 10 visits, you get £1 off! I’m switching to Esso!
