I visited your petrol station on Greenland Road in Sheffield at 12.15 on the 22/9/23.In trying to put diesel into my car I was refused and a shouted me over the intercom in a packed fuel court, in enter the petrol station which was packed I was accused of a drive off and owned them 150 pound, in explaining regarding I'd bought the car and never had the same issue in any other shell petrol station. I was the surround by 3 of your staff members. Till I paid. In explaining the issue I was told its going to be the same in every shell petrol station. If this is the case I want the proof of the drive off, all you forecourts have cctv and proof of the drive off via anpr. The proof then should show me which is a 6-2 ft white person or a 5-7 ft Pakistani lad.I will no longer be use any shell forecourt and I will be putting this all over social media. I was also approached by another young lad saying they had just accused him of the same in is brand new vw golf.
Do not have shell go+ you will have problem after problem, you put your card details in and it does nothing and no matter how many times it still ask you to set up card to pay, now they have my card details and I just get asked to input card details, and secondly when you have the app it says to scan the app which you all ready have so how can you scan the app that you already have. I am asking shell to cancel this mess because it to me makes no sense if you have the app, but you have to scan the app for it to work CRAP I wish I never started with this rubbish.
My broadband failed in June 23. I paid D/D till September, then advised them and cancelled. No remedial action whatsoever. Thereafter followed only texts demanding monies. Many text messages and emails later, I am now exploring the Sale of Goods and Services Act to gain recompense. Appalling communications and service. My hamster is more efficient at what she does.
The thick thorn petrol station toilet needs more attention to detail more regularly. The sink around taps filthy the floor wet and smelt of urine. Needs to be clean more regularly through the day with much more attention to detail
Shell broadband are breathtakingly incompetent. They failed to put a SAE in new router box to send old one back. I wrote to them FOUR times . They apologised and said they would send one 4 times. Then deducted £39 from my account because I had not sent it back! So frustrating.
recently had an unfortunate experience with Shell Cambridge Services that left me highly dissatisfied. I was traveling for work and realized I had forgotten my high-visibility jacket at home. As a precautionary measure, I purchased a new one from Shell Cambridge Services, only to later discover that I didn't actually need it as I had returned back up north.Upon my return to my local Shell station, I attempted to return the high-visibility jacket, but to my dismay, I was denied the opportunity to do so. Frustrated with this outcome, I reached out to Shell's customer services team for an amicable solution. Unfortunately, I was met with disappointment yet again when I was told that there was nothing they could do unless I personally took the item back to the Shell Cambridge Services store – a nearly 200-mile journey, making it an impractical and costly 400-mile round trip for me.I spoke with Mateusz from Customer Operations, who suggested that I could potentially get a refund if I posted the item back at my own expense and it was accepted after inspection. The fact that a full receipt and the jacket's tags, still intact as it was never worn, were not enough to facilitate a simple return is simply astonishing. It is disappointing to witness a well-known company like Shell not honoring trading standards guidelines for returning an item.To make matters worse, I promptly emailed Shell the next day, well within the presumed 14-day return window, but still received no satisfactory resolution. I find it hard to believe that there is only one Shell store in the entire country selling these items and that the return has to be limited to that specific location. This lack of flexibility and consideration for customer convenience is appalling.I am now left out of pocket, unable to return the item, and faced with additional costs should I choose to send it back or make the lengthy trip to Cambridge. This whole experience has been frustrating and has left a bitter taste in my mouth regarding Shell's return policy and customer service. In conclusion, I expected more from a reputable company like Shell, but sadly, they have failed to meet even the basic expectations when it comes to customer satisfaction. I would caution others to be wary of making purchases from Shell, especially if there is a possibility of needing to return an item. The lack of understanding, inflexibility, and disregard for trading standards guidelines have led to an incredibly disappointing and financially burdensome experience for me.
