Thanks to the Shell call centre who…

Thanks to the Shell call centre who couldnt do enough to get me connected after some initial issues. Down to BT Openreach I hasten to add and not Shell. They were polite and informative and very understanding. I also got £100 credit for any inconvenience as a thank you. Super-fast fibre up and running.

Erratic Customer Service

I have two properties ( 35 miles apart) with their basic internet package 8-11 mbps. Neither reach their minimum connection speed and one manages about 5 the other 1.5.Both have got worse in the last six months. Customer services said they would see if they could get it faster, but nothing happened.Edit: I phoned customer services a week later and had a very helpful person. He actually tested then acknowledged there was a fault on the line and got a BT engineer to fix it. Regretful that the first time I called I was just fobbed off.

Today I had a surprise.I contacted shell energy because I was struggling to pay my broadband bill,I asked just for a little extra time to pay .I recently been scammed out of alot of money.Shell contacted me to say they had credited my account with £250 so I don't have to worry about my bill for a few months.Thank you Shell Energy excellent customer service 😊

I received a £100 petrol voucher for free

I filled my car with Shell petrol four times, but on the fifth time, I received a £100 petrol voucher for free through the Shell Go app. Moreover, rewards are accumulating as I continue to use the Shell Go App. No petrol pump has ever given me free petrol in my life.Thank you, Shell.

Got a new router and was told package to send back the old one would be in the new router delivery. No bag. Emailed customer service but no reply. Now they will demand £30 non return fee. Wish I had read the bad reports first.

Broadband problems

Broadband problems. No internet for weeks. Loyal customer of 3 yrs. Asked to cancel service, have not done what Iv asked. Wasted my time and given me a lot of stress. Charging for a service they are not providing. Don’t care at all basically !!

Hopeless rewards and customer service

I gave it one star because I am fed up with rewards I can't redeem and stupid suggestions from customer service. The latest was a free duo chocolate bar. Went to the garage and they don't stock them. What sort of app doesn't cross check. Told customer services who said go to another garage. Yes of course I will spend £5 in fuel for a £1 chocolate bar. Ridiculous.

Please do not use shell broadband under…

Please do not use shell broadband under any circumstances. They sold broadband to me with free installation, then tried to bill me for it. I contacted them and they have said it will be removed from my bill but they are still charging me. I rang customer services today who have said they have to get a manager to look into it as there is no record of my previous conversation (hard to believe as they told me all phone calls are recorded). They are also billing me from the beginning of the installation but the broadband has never worked, they have sent three engineers and they still can't fix it, yet they are still billing me for this time. Avoid at all costs.

I will say goodbye soon

As a loyal customer I get a broadband offer about £17.99.I accepted, but for some reason they was not able to set it in 3 weeks, until the next bill arrived so I had to pay the former price more than £26.When the next bill arrived there have been a £18.46.I phoned them and the customer assistants were not able to tell me the reason.I told tham I cancel the direct debit and they need to set a new one for £17.99. They still were not able to set a direct debit,but they have already closed my complaint! I dont what they are thinking why should I accept this unacceptible customer service and stay loyal.We are say goodbye soon if they are not willing to keep theit word and I wont get the £17.99 offer.Someone should correct the broadband package, send the new contract to me and set a new direct debit.It seems they are not able to do it.PS.I do not want to hear that again from their "exellent" agent the £ 18.46 price is worth to me!Such a rip off!That's not the offer was about!Account number 4674240I just checked my shell account and I see I according to the statement I paid £18.46, but actually they deducted more than £26 from my bank account!!!
