Shell Lewisham First of all l I would like to say how disappointed I am in receiving a PCN parking ticket for a service or should I say multiple services that I use and have been using for the last two years this is my local garage for fuel for using your car wash for using your air for using your screen wash for collecting parcels so for you to give me a ticket one I was using all of those services giving you money is totally diabolical. not to mention if you are in a queue waiting to use the car wash which usually is a bargain deal compared to some of the car wash services that are charging extortionate amounts then if I am waiting in a queue to use your service in your car wash I should never ever have to be penalized because I am in the location for more than 30 minutes how dare you charging me a hundred pound tickets 100 pounds !!!!to use all of your services that you so want your customers to use it's a con and a scam and fraudulent.For me to use your petrol it can take a certain amount of time then as I stated before if I'm waiting in a queue to use your car wash service and I want to use it not go anywhere else and give you money then it can take longer than the allotted time of 30 minutes to do all of these services which is buy food in the garage buy petrol in the garage use your air and vacuuming to clean my car in the garage use your car wash service which has a queue and always has a queue because it's such a popular place to wash your car and then be penalized with a hundred pound ticket !!!you need to waver this charge right 'cause i will nevet spend another poundcwith Shell this is ridiculous!!And I'm not the only one who think so
So shell keep emailing that after your 10th visit you will unlock a reward of money off Fuel.So me today having completed my 10th visit was expecting at the very least £5 off fuel.They offered £1 off fuel.Absolute joke,still cannot believe I fell for it.Useless
After filling up 10 times at my local Shell station using the Sheel Go rewards scheme, I have been rewarded with ONE POUND off my next fill!!! Considering I have purchased about A THOUSAND POUNDS worth of fuel to get this reward, I feel this is more of an insult than a reward!!
I don't believe there's a worse company when it comes to an energy provider! Late email responses and complete ignorance! Incompetent! We've applied for the British insulation scheme on our council website last year and because they were our energy provider our application passed on to them. Not only they didn't do anything about it, but they ignored it completely and when they moved from the UK as a home energy provider and our home energy was passed on to octopus, our application was lost. They passed it on to them late and they didn't even prioritized it when they passed it and we're still waiting because of them. If they had arranged for our application to be moved instantly when the switch was actually made, we will probably have it solved by now. They don't care about there customers and certainly they don't care about their needs. Stay away! Attaching an approximate date because I just found out how they passed on the application: late without prioritizing it, knowing that it's about a family with a small child! All they had to do was mention that the application was started last year not when they switched!!!
February Energy Bill, like most Shell energy Bills is so convoluted & complex that it's little wonder they want ALL customers on (so called) Smart metres!Last months Charges was based upon readings taken 6th Dec 23 to 6th Jan 24.This months Charges are based upon Readings taken 1st Jan 24 to 6th of Feb 24.Clearly there's NO oversight with these companies and they can throw in whatever dates that suit them.Their methods are divisive but once we're all on smart metres absolutely nothing they do will be checkable!
I was with my mum in Oxford we went to the shell garage and my mum accidentally put the diesel in her partners VAN that we now know is petrol the garage staff were very unprofessional I asked them if they had a pipe to syphon out the fuel and they were trying to be rude and unhelpful I walked around the back of the garage where there was so much rubbish and debris enough to be a fire hazard so dirty and extremely dangerous amount of rubbish for somewhere they have explosive substances in use whilst I was there i found a pipe for the exact use I wanted lol in the rubbish. So I asked the staff if the would sell me petrol can to fill with the I wanted fuel they were so unhelpful and were talking to each other and laughing not looking at me and said we don’t have enough as they laughed we phoned the AA and they were on there way and said they would be 1 hour which the shell staff replied you can’t stay here that long so I asked some of the really strong looking lads if they would help me push the car about ten metres on the flat to the correct location they just replied NO! So my had to get her boyfriend to come and he is disabled with a bad leg to push it at his own risk we managed to push the Van and as we were waiting for the AA two male employees were smoking outside the garage and laughing while pointing at my mum the made me and my mum’s boyfriend really annoyed and think why are they SO UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE HERE. you do not want to brake down at Shell oxford Cowley it’s not safe what a useless group of staff that don’t seem to like let alone do there job at all. I remember going to Bp when my bike needed oil and the staff even gave my a cardboard funnel I’ll not be using shell ever I’ll make sure I stop for fuel before getting within 10miles of a shell garage in future by checking my phone map to stay away from them!!
This is in reference to the Shell Service Station(Little Waitrose Ashford Manor TW15) On 25th January I filled up my car and the cashier missed charged, undercharged!! I didn't notice at the time as I was in a rush. 5 weeks later I received a letter from a tin pot company named Forecourt Eye demanding I repay the under charged amount of £37.74 which I have no issue with!! however I'm expected to pay an admin fee of £30 for the privilege. Contacting both the garage and Shell they are not interested in resolving anything. My point is more about the process taking photo and video footage of customers and the threatening letter sent out by Forecourt Eye!! Eventially trying to contact the owner of the garage it appears to be run off shore!! What a suprise, these companies make me sick. Take all the benefit of the country but pay nothing back.
