I recently just purchased my first Skullcandy product. I’ve often wanted to but always on a budget. I had to go back to the same store and actually lost one. I emailed Skullcandy and they happily gave me a huge discount as they aren’t into giving separate items. Understandable- they have been nothing but gracious and I applaud this company and its excellent products!

Ordered the Hesh ANC headphones and for…

Ordered the Hesh ANC headphones and for whatever reason, the courier sent it back to skullcandy. Mind you that skullcandy does not have phone number to call them and only way of contact is through email which gets replied once every week or live chat with very rude agents. After gathering evidence that I got charged for it and not pending anymore, they keep on referring me back to contacting my bank about it since “the bank is making error”. I’ve gathered all necessary information and evidence and will escalate this fraudulent company that sells subpar penny to the dollar electronics for high markup.

I’ve been using the Skullcandy Crusher ANC 2, and I absolutely love them! The sound quality is incredible, the bass is unmatched, and the noise cancellation works great. They are super comfortable for long listening sessions, and the build quality feels solid.The only issue I encountered was with the light blue color—it started absorbing oils from my skin and hands, which caused some discoloration. I reached out to Skullcandy’s support team, and Hanna was extremely helpful throughout the process. She guided me through different cleaning methods, but in the end, we agreed that a replacement would be the best option. Skullcandy made the exchange process smooth and hassle-free, and I received a coupon to replace my headphones.Overall, amazing customer service and a fantastic product! If Skullcandy expands their color selection or improves the durability of lighter shades, they’d be even better. Highly recommend!
