I purchased some headphones and on the website it said free shipping over $49 orders. So I ordered but when I got to checkout it was charging me $15 for shipping... I figured worse case I have to pay for this even though the website says free shipping. I contacted customer service and "Raffy" was quick to respond to my email and assist with refunding me the $15 shipping charge.
