your representative was up front and honest said it may take a certain amount of time and then when they responded the steps they gave me worked. also they stated if not there could of been a warranty on product great customer service

Skullcandy and it's representative, Rhyan, went above and beyond in their response to my issue with the Indy earbuds. I bought a new phone that was incompatible with the Indy bluetooth version and Skullcandy did everything to make me a happy customer.

Helpful Customer Service

I purchased some headphones and on the website it said free shipping over $49 orders. So I ordered but when I got to checkout it was charging me $15 for shipping... I figured worse case I have to pay for this even though the website says free shipping. I contacted customer service and "Raffy" was quick to respond to my email and assist with refunding me the $15 shipping charge.
