I reached out to let them know my daughter's Skullcandy ear buds were amazing! (In a year's time, they were washed and dried 3 times case and all, ran over with the lawn mower twice and twice with a car and THEY STILL SOUNDED AMAZING!) Sadly, the case finally broke. They sent me a coupon for 40% off a purchase at Skullcandy! I would definitely recommend Skullcandy ear buds!
My old skullcandy earbuds didn’t fit me right anymore so I asked to see if you sold ear gels separately. Turns out you don’t but Rhyan B, (the customer service associate i talked with) gave me a discount to buy whole new earbuds, so I did. However I did not receive free shipping even though I am a member and couldn’t figure out why so I sent a screenshot to him and he said he would refund me the shipping after i received the item. My representative was amazing!! Very helpful!! But it would be nice if you guys would sell individual packs of the different sized ear gels in the future, since my earbuds worked perfectly fine still after having them for two years! Love my skullcandy!
My experience with Benedict was beyond reproach. He made the process for my warranty claim extremely peaceful and easy. He was well versed in the policy and procedures. He executed what great customer care looks like. In fact he may very well be the standard of great customer care.
A refund has taken longer than their website and email says it should. I chased it once via chat. Went to chase it again today and all it shows me is my previous chat, it wouldn't let me initiate a new chat. I suppose I could clear my cache etc. but it seems like a flaw on the site.Chased my refund again. First email says they've not received my return. I screenshot their own email saying "we got your return" etc.. they reply saying it's another 5-7 business days, on top of the 14 I already waited. Something is going wrong with their system or staff.I'm going round in circles with customer service. I'm getting the same responses saying they haven't got the return. I point out they already emailed me saying they have got it, I was chasing that. So far nobody will escalate it. Now a 1 star experience.EDIT - Their response is 100% wrong. Surprise!
So many things Skullcandy did right here. As of today, Skullcandy has replied to every Email I sent, answered every question I asked on repeat since I struggled w the return process ( this is my first Skullcandy purchase). I was able to speak w a live customer rep who solved my immediate issue , then, on the regular, they are following up with where I am in the “return” process and just straight “on it”!!! They obviously care about the quality of their product and the consequential satisfaction of the customer…..a true rarity anymore..❤️💀❤️.
