Gave good feedback and responded in a timely manner. I was missing my headphones and first the agent offered a discount on a new pair, but after further review, it was concluded that the original pair of headphones was delayed/not shipping. The agent offered a full refund or to send out another pair of headphones. This was great.

A few days ago I bought some Indy Evo headphones on Amazon and they were defective, but thanks to Dave who found a solution to my problem, he sent me some new headphones that are completely crazy, excellent audio, the bass is very good, comfortable, the battery life is good and what I liked most was the application has many functions that help you calibrate the headphones.

I bought head phones of this brand and from the moment I bought them they had troubles charging. Then died way faster than the time on the box said. Sometimes one headphone would charge while the other didn't.

I won’t be buying any Skullcandy headphones ever again. I lost the original cord to a set of jib 2 and at first, it would kind of charge with another cord but now they don’t charge at all basically

Great customer service experience!!

I had a great experience because the response times were quick, and I was given very easy instructions on how to fix the problem I was having. Unfortunately my problem wasn't resolved but that was not because of the customer service! I was offered a warranty but since I was outside the one year mark my warranty was void. Since both things offered didn't solve my problem I was offered a very generous coupon that I will be using to purchase a new product!
