Customer service does not make any efforts to respond to a request to cancellation of order in less than 24hrs of placement. Then al most a week later says order has been shipped.Would have been easy to cancel way before shipping.Bad customer service.
Oh I wish I did more thorough research. Ordered a vacuum cleaner from them & after 10 days tried to track it. Item never arrived & all my calls & emails were ignored with the emails eventually being rejected. Have had to open a fraud case with my bank to get my money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Bought an X7 Vacuum but did not meet expectations. Got agreement for a return, which was duly done as per their instructions. Have a signed delivery & despite waiting three weeks, and sending numerous emails, have received neither my credit nor any response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I went to order a cordless vacuum and saw there was a discount. I accidentally hit order without entering the discount code so immediately went back and reordered with the code. I tried stopping the 1st order and was emailed saying they would try. Sure enough 2 were delivered. I opened the one I ordered with the lower price and have been trying to return the other ever since. They tell you to email for a refund but just email you back with an offer I am not interested in. You can not contact anyone and I am being ignored. They have a return policy like it’s an option! Ha! Jerks. I am not done trying though.
This is a scam! Ordered a vacuum and HEPA filters. They Sent an order fulfillment email but didn’t actually ship an item until I emailed them suggesting it was a scam. When I did get my order it only included the filters, no vacuum. I spent $250 for useless filters. If I could leave negative stars I would. Beware the use a fake consumer reports website to hawk their nonexistent vacuum using an actual consumer reports review for an actual vacuum, just changing th name of the vacuum.
DO NOT BUY from this company. I paid for a vacuum from this company that I never received and attempts to contact them has resulted in me drawing a blank. No vacuum and two hundred quid down an no correspondence from them. Scam scam scam!!!
