I purchased a portable electric razor. It had a very weak motor. Was not up to the task unless I spent 15 minutes going over and over the same areas of my face. Not a good product.

Snapbuy is a scam company.

I have bought a cordless cleaner an X7 We have put it together and charged it . It does not work. I have sent endless messages no reply. The “Hotline Number” is unobtainable. I can only assume I have been cheated by Snapbuy and also a person who recommended it supposedly a neutral report. Do not buy from this company. SNAPBUY

I purchased a tablet

I purchased a tablet. It lagged very much ("performance tablet") Tried to send it back. They won't process it after 4 weeks of waiting. Laws in Germany are sometimes beautiful and I will give the case to my lawyer.Never buy from snapbuy!!!!

Avoid SnapBuy – Untrustworthy and Frustrating ExperienceI purchased a smartwatch from SnapBuy that arrived defective—it would freeze and glitch so severely it resembled a device in convulsions. I contacted customer support and requested a return shipping label with a full refund, including the warranty.Instead of honoring that request, SnapBuy offered a series of partial refunds (20%, 50%, 80%) while insisting I keep the broken product. After repeated refusals, they finally offered a full refund—still with the condition that I retain the malfunctioning item.This experience felt more like a deliberate stall tactic than genuine customer service. Legitimate companies take responsibility for defective products. Scammers slow-roll and hope customers give up. I reported the transaction to my bank and won’t be doing business with SnapBuy again.Buyer beware: I strongly suspect SnapBuy resells returned, defective items as “new.” Proceed with caution if you’re considering a purchase.

worst company i’ve ever used

i ordered a hoover through the company over two months ago. i never received the item . i’ve sent over 15 emails and had no response. the telephone number on the website does not exist.i was finally contacted last week and told they had issued a refund and would be in my bank between 1-5 days. suprise suprise still no refund 6 days later worst company and customer service i’ve ever come across and im £189 out of pocket . now raising dispute through the bank .
