We have been waiting two months for a…

We have been waiting two months for a refund on our hoover which went wrong. Despite having returned it and been advised a refund is due nothing appeared. Have sent several messages and emails but no response and their customer service number doesn't work.

X7 vacuum cleaner

I bought X7 vacuum cleaner, which was marketed as best vacuum cleaner. It worked ok to start with, but materials used in the product are of low quality and ill fitted. The model transpired to be Chinese make Honitrue in disguise. Battery failed to charge, but when enquired sellers don’t respond.

One of the worst shopping experiences

One of the worst shopping experiences! The customer service is nonexistent. You cannot change an order. If you return anything it’s on your dime. The vacuum I ordered is not worth what I spent. It’s places like this that make you loose trust in all online shopping. I would leave a negative start if I could.

They will take back the product and keep the money

I bought a G20 Pro vacuum 11-13-24 and returned the vacuum 12-6-24 they recieved it and said they would issue a refund on 12-16-24 as of yet I have not recieved any money and they have the vacuum back. Don't trust Snapbuy for your purchases.

Snapbuy are hopeless

Snapbuy seem German based. I bought a Leadsign soundbar online from them. It duly arrived a few days later. Set it up and it was great for a week!! Contacted Snapbuy, eventually they replied in German!! Finally got a reply in English. They are totally unaware of consumer law in England. They insisted I videoed the soundbar not working. Clever eh? They keep saying they will have to wait for the manufacturer to respond. I can’t get them to understand that my contract is with them and it is their responsibility to refund or replace. I am at a loss and feel powerless. A lesson here for all. Deal with a British based company so you have legal redress if all else fails. DO NOT BUY from SNAPBUY!!!!

This company is scam

This company is a scam, they have just taken £220.00 for a hoover that wasn’t delivered. They will not respond to my emails and no contact number available. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Snapbuy, zero points, Never again

Product was ordered, payed and delivered in time. But after unpacking, I noticed the product was defective. I could power it on, display was functioning, but that was all.I sended 2 emails, but no replay sofar. I also tried to reached them by phone, but twice I waited more then half an hour, but no answer.

Site was clear and informative. Order made in a couple of minutes. Assuming delivery is as efficient, nothing to offer except praise.After seeing some of the negative reviews, I was rather anxious when I received no message with a tracking number, and began wonder if I had been scammed, but no. Within the predicted arrival time the vac arrived unannounced. Well packed and looking exactly as specified on the website. So far does the job well, and no reason to doubt it will perform just as well hand held in the car etc.Sort out the confirmation messaging between yourselves and the courier, and all will be well !
