Snap buy sent me a defective product. It was a hassle to return and they still charged me for the return even though the product was inoperable out of the box. Their customer service sucks. You can’t call anyone and they don’t respond to emails. I will never us their services again. If I could have rated them a goose egg I would.
I purchased an X7 cordless Hoover. Within 2 months it's broken, I've sent 4 emails. The contact number on the uk website 089 120 852 84 this is not connected and doesn't work . No one has replied to any of my emails .There is no kind of customer service here. It's totally disgusting.Francis from London
Bought a robot vacuum on 14 day money back guarantee. Item arrived- however It did not do what I wanted it to do- my mistake. I actioned the money back guarantee. Firstly they stipulate you have to use DHL, and the cheapest return was over £20. Secondly 4 weeks later I have not received the refund. Once I contacted my card provider and gave them the details of the case, the card provider immediately credited the amount to my account. This outfit is quite a sham- e mail and phone numbers on web site do not work. DO NOT use them. Buy elsewhere.
Buying the V70 cordless vac was easy, but an expensive lesson. Very Poor performance for the money. Tried to discuss return via email (the only way I found to communicate with them), and have gotten a HUGE runaround; endless, sometimes repetitive back and forth between myself and a number of unnamed co.personnel via days of emailing. They made a counteroffer of 20% cashback! HaHa. When I pushed for return and refund, they said "Ok, send it back and we'll refund the money.", & the email provided a very strange return address, and a non-existent email. Their return policy has a clause about possible damage (like during return shipping) whereby the customer loses EVeRYTHING. I finally gave in to the "20% cashback & 3 additional yrs warrantee" (yeah, right), and have not heard JACK back from them. do not trust this company!
I ordered an electric razor, received it but wasn’t what worked for me. I contacted snapbuy by email which is the only way, instead of giving me an address to return they offered 20% off and I keep razor. I have gone through this process 5 times still no address. Terrible business, no customer service, don’t waste your time on some AI generated return service or business.
Do not use Spapbuy, there is no customer service, our Honiture X7 Cordless Vacuum which we bought through Snapbuy failed after 3 months, and contacting Snapbuy and Honiture is useless, they do not reply, they need to be reported to Trading Standards, and stopped from selling faulty or poorly made goods in the UK, we are about to embark on reporting them to The Trading Standards U.K.
Purchase experience okay but the product has failed and it is impossible to contact the manufacturer, Buture. Snapbuy UK have replied with expressions of sympathy for situation and a request for a video of the problem. A video of something not working doesn’t seem a lot of use. They also, from Snapbuy UK, sent me an email in German, so not a lot of use. I have contacted them again and should a satisfactory solution be reached I will alter my review, until then I am very unimpressed by Snapbuy and the manufacturer Buture.
