Bad Quality / Read refund policy FIRST!

I bought a razor + additional 3 replacement heads for Father’s Day on May 19, 2025. My husband tried it on June 15, 2025 on Father’s Day and told me that it would be poor quality -I should send it back. I wanted to but I got offered a 20% rebate of $ 84. I did not accept. I never heard back. Then I read that they offer only a 14 day return policy when UNUSED. How should that work? How should you find out that it is bad quality without using it?I strongly recommend NOT to buy anything at this company.

SCAM cannot get anyone to contact me for return

I ordered and received a vacuum cleaner. I charged the battery, assembled the vacuum cleaner, and it did not work at all. Had difficult time finding out how to return but finally got an RMA number. I returned the product and it was received on June 13th. I still have not received a refund. I have tried several times emailing their customer support email address and do not get any response other than an automated message offering me a discount to keep the product. I tried looking for a phone number and cannot find any number for their Braintree, MA location (where I returned to product to) or their Wilmington, DE location listed online. They are part of Internet Up so please be warned not to do business with this company. I paid $273.00 plus $18.00 to return this product and now I think I got scammed.

Very poor

Very poor. Faulty vacuum after a few hours working. Took again to get any response and still no follow up from Snapbuy to resolve the issue. They state they are following up the manufacturer so my next step is the regulator and or small claims court

Wish I could give zero star review

Wish I could give zero star review. Snapbuy charged me over a month ago for their razor. Every time I look at routing it states it is a day away. It has be a day away for the past few weeks. I have emailed and left messages on their site many many times. They have not gotten back to me. I do get emails from them asking how I would rate their product! Are you kidding me. I am so mad at them for stealing my money. I am waiting for my bank to get back to me to see if I can get my money back. What a waste of my time and beyond frustrating. What kind of company just ignores customers who has this serious issue. THey need to be reported everywhere. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

I just want everyone out there to know…

I just want everyone out there to know NOT to order anything from Snapbuy!!!! They will take your money and then not give you your return if you end up not liking the product you bought and shipped it back! They sent me the vacuum X7 with a used battery! I could only vacuum for 15 min. then had to be charged again for 2 hours +. I got info on the return so I took back to fed ex and paid $41.00 to send back. All the info that the guy sent me was false. No good email address or phone number! So I wrote to Horniture and sent screen shot of my return receipt and still no word from either Snapbuy or Horniture! So just an fyi anyone thinking to buy from SNAPBUY or HORNITURE, I would think again!!!! I wished I had known they were scammers! I spent $260.00 on the vacuum and $41.00 in shipping and nothing has been returned to my bank!

AVOID THIS VENDOR

I ordered an electric shaver from this vendor. After several days, I received tracking information indicating that a shipping label had been created but the shipment hadn't yet been delivered to the USPS. After several days, I wrote them to request a refund. They replied by offering me a discount for future purchases. Today, I recieved notice they've shipped it to me after I purchased another shaver from a different vendor. Now, I am fighting a battle to get a refunc.

They promise a "no-hassle return" policy, but when you attempt to make a return, they disappear and don't respond. They're crooks. Don't buy from this company.

I bought a 7x vacuum cleaner and didn’t like it. Wrote to return it no answer. It took weeks to get any answers. Then offered a discount. I said no I wanted to return it. Week later after several emails I got a RA# number. Then no address to return it. Three to four weeks later I got the address to return the vacuum. I put it in the mail the next day 37.00 to ship it. The box was returned to me yesterday. No access to that address. What??? So now I’m out of more money this is not a valid place to purchase anything. they are cheating people out of money.

Beware these are scammers!!!!

Beware these are scammers!!!!! Retuned a busted item and had to pay for that return myself- they told me they had refunded the money - they did not - this has been going on since October 24. They refuse to answer emails. I have sent about 30 emails now.
