Purchased an Electric shaver a couple of weeks ago from Snapbuy but when I received it I could see that it was not powerful enough so I decided to apply for a return and refund. I went through their returns portal and got a reply email to say that another email will be sent to me with instructions on where and how to send it. I have never received the instructions. I have tried to contact them by phone and so many emails non of which got replies so it appears that we have a company in the UK that Trading Standards should know about. They trade as a Limited company so it might worth an investigation into them. So now I am out of pocket. Please read all the negative reviews because you will find there is no support if things go wrong.
Snap buy took my order but sent me a the wrong product. Possibly on purpose, as they sent me an email that there would be delays due to inventory issues. The only contact is via email, or a call to Germany. The email is just triggers boilerplate response, and clearly there is no human input. Refund requires that I send the product back at my own expense. Repeated emails have returned the same canned responses.
My husband used the Snapbuy electric razor for about 3 weeks until it started falling apart. I contacted Snapbuy who asked for my order number. I had ordered from Amazon so I gave them that order number and indicated that it had been sold by Lanwanyu. I was told that could find no record of the order number I gave them and did not offer any other suggestions as to what I could do to get a replacement.
I recently purchased a robo vacuum from Snapbuy UK thinking it was a good deal. However, when it arrived I realised that the product was cheap and unlikely to last. Having not fully unpacked it, I immediately returned the device (which I had to pay for). Even though I should have been entitled to a full refund I have not received this. I have send multiple messages to the company requesting a response or update and have had no luck. Only once did they advise me that the refund would take c 2 weeks to process. It is now nearly 4 weeks since I returned the product and still no word or communication. In addition, their contact number on their website doesn’t work. Would advise anyone thinking of buying anything off this website to avoid it at all costs. Terrible products and terrible customer service!!!
I purchased two vacuum cleaners from Snapbuy. Both stopped properly functioning within a few months. The customer service was entirely unhelpful. I sent videos and photos of the problem but they did not give me any refund nor they replaced the defective cleaners.
ordered a razor and replacement heads surprisingly the razor came but no sign of the replacement heads tried emailing them numerous times with no response telephone number is not working. this company is absolutely dreadful they need trading standards to look into them as they are a bunch of criminals DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS
Purchased a Honiture Vacuum cleaner from Snapbuy. Stopped working after about 6 months. Not a single reply from the honiture helpdesk. Thought I was getting somewhere with the Snapbut Support Team, but after 65 days I still don't have a working vacuum. Communication is slow, and I'm beginning to think that ecause I told them I had ran out of patience they are just ignoring me now.
When I ordered a vacuum cleaner from Snapbuy the store said it was 'available in the UK for immediate delivery’. I ordered and after 5 days got an email 'confirmation of order fulfilled/dispatched' with an Evri tracking number. 2 weeks after this (3 weeks after ordering), Evri have still not actually received the package from Snapbuy so their email saying it was dispatched is simply not correct. Emails back from Customer Service simply say they have dispatched it so I'm unable to cancel the order, when clearly they haven't sent it. The Customer Service phone number (089 120 852 84) is unobtainable in the UK so I can't talk to anyone. Terrible service .. do not buy from them!
