Bought a beautiful swimsuit but the cut of it means my boobs fall out when I bend over or swim in it. Spoke to customer services and they just said that they would pass it on to their product team. I replied explaining how that's not really good enough and why don't the suggest a functional costume for my size. They replied back apologising and then just suggested another shape. They should have offered to exchange it for me so that I came away with a product that I loved. Now stuck with an expensive and beautiful swimming costume that I can't bend over or swim in.
Sizing is very off in my opinion. I’m normally a UK 10-12 and had to order the XL UK16. I was unable to exchange my item because they gave me a discount for my first order, which then prevented me from doing any exchange. Customer service was very unhelpful
Absolutely terrible experience. They got my order wrong twice and were abysmal at responding to emails. They tricked me into paying for a return the first time. Despite finally offering a free return for the second order, they refused to refund my money even though I never tried on the swimsuit. Avoid this company at all costs!
Do not purchase items from this company it is a massive scam (would give it 0 stars if I could!)I purchased a swimsuit from this company on 25/04, which arrived a couple of days later. I tried on the garment with underwear, keeping tags and hygiene stickers intact. Unfortunately the item did not fit me well so I repackaged it as it arrived and returned it via Royal Mail. After a week I hadn’t heard anything from the brand, but I could see via Royal Mail tracking that the item had arrived 5 days prior. I reached out to enquire how I should go about sorting my refund, to which the brand responded saying that a refund could not be arranged as it was returned in ‘very dirty’ condition. I explained to the customer service team and the founder (who I messaged via Instagram) that this was impossible as I had only tried the garment on for 2 minutes and abided by all their requests (underwear, hygiene stickers, tags intact, etc.) to which they continually denied me a refund, and only offered me the option to return the ‘very dirty’ garment, which I obviously did not want to receive back.I suggest no one purchases from this brand if they have not tried the garment on in a shop and are 100% sure that you want to keep it as you will not be able to return the item without the potential of being scammed out of your money.
I was so excited about trying SoSo Swim as I've had my eye on their swimsuit for a while. I ordered the Black Swimsuit in Small. Unfortunately, it was too big, so I had to return it for a refund as my trip was in a couple of days and I wouldn't be able to receive an exchange on time. I was planning on buying the XS once I was back from my trip... BUT NOT ANYMORE!I tried on the swimsuit with all of the tags and hygiene stickers attached, submitted a return and packaged it the same day I received it (24th March) and posted it the day after (25th March).They received my return on 27th March. I came back from my trip wondering why I haven't received a refund or had any communication from them. I contact them three weeks later for an update on my refund. I then receive an email stating that it didn't meet their return requirements when I did NOT take any of the tags or stickers off. Never washed it, never wore it and it was still in original condition.What am I suppose to do send and take pictures/videos of every item I return...?!I would have been a lot more understanding of this decision and come to a solution, if they had informed of their decision once they had inspected my item. Instead of me having to chase them three weeks later?! Poor customer service.
I've been on the hunt for a good UK-based swimwear brand for years. Any good brands I would come across would either be based in Australia or the USA with extortionate shipping costs and no return policy. So, you can imagine my relief when I discovered SoSo Swim.The fit could not be more flattering, the quality of the fabric is amazing, and I just love their simple designs and colour options.I already have three swimsuits and will definitely be buying more!
Soso swim has a loyal customer in me for life! I ordered my first swim suit in February. I’m in the US and it got here so quickly, especially for international shipping. I loved the cut and fit. It was very high quality. I also ordered a bikini in March during their most recent drop. I received that in 8 days. Again, it was super high quality and true to size. I’m only buying my swim suits from them moving forward! I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
