We were treated with courtesy and kindness at all points of the procedures. My husband and I understood averything that was explained about our diifering consultations. We were patiently looked after in the choosing of our new glasses. We look forward to collecting them tomorrow 14.7.2025- not a long wait. I would also like to add how much we appreciated the coolness, space and appliances at 'Specsavers'. A big thank you to all the staff at the Minehead Branch.
Initial customer experience was 10/10 but for that free second pair it was a disaster. From ordering my second pair to trying them on was around four weeks, three phone calls from me then the first try on of the second pair and the wrong prescription was used. It was touch and go should I walk away and go somewhere else. There is no system in place that tracks the delivery to collection by the customer. Not an experience I want to repeated.
Friendly and helpful staff. They were very patient and helpful with me when trying to choose new frames. Specsavers have always helped us out when we accidentally broke frames in the past, more than happy to recommend them to friends and family.
