Opaque policies, laughably bad website

Here is a list of actions you can take on most all customer-facing websites that you cannot do on Allstate's Phone Protection site: change your billing address, change your credit card, see your billing history, review your contract, update your list of devices to be covered. When I ask the chat agent where I can find this information, he tells me to check my email for the confirmation letter from the day I initiated the plan -- which in my case was 17 months ago, and I no longer have it.

I was told to return the laptop and…

I was told to return the laptop and then I would be refunded. I’m in school and can’t afford to do without my laptop and I can’t afford to buy one either while I wait for the refund. I was hoping they would have let me drop it off at a Walmart and get a replacement right away since I purchased it from them under a year ago and the issue is a manufacturer problem. I have to tape the laptop and keep stationary and continue using it. It’s disappointing to know I spent so much for the laptop and extra insurance and not please.

By FAR the worst protection plan

It is by FAR the worst protection plan that I have taken!I would put a negative star if I could!!I purchased a refrigerator from Home Dépôt and it stopped working; I called the protection plan that I purchased, always my last resort as I hate making claims. My refrigerator stopped cooling and I lost all my food. The 1 to 2 business day became over a week and my problem is not resolved.I requested a refund but they are offering a gift card ... I MUST replace my fridge but I am certainly not going back with square trade protection plan! I have an excellent customer service at Home Dépôt that's unfortunate. Another point: I'm fully bilingual but there are a lot of people that are mainly francophone in Québec and a few times that I called, they did not have the option for French + called on Friday and was told it's a holiday!!! July 4th is not a Canadian holiday and was expecting a better customer service Dreadful experience and I still don't have a fridge.I want my money back!!! NOT a gift card

I purchased a two year extended warranty for my ecoflow delta pro battery that stopped working and square trade has given me nothing but grief even though i send pictures of invoices times dates addresses and the proof of the policy I purchased. Buyer Beware! They are scan less and unprofessional

They’ll do anything to get out of a warrenty

They will do anything to get out of serving the warranty … I paid $1200 over 4 years on a family plan, they just refused to fix a broken iPhone screen because they have me in the system but can’t find the original contract of warranty …. SCAMMERS FRAUDSTERS DO NOT BUY A WARRENTY AND EXPECT YOUR ITEM TO GET FIXED OR REPLACED
