no delivery information after 8 days. Website says they ship within 24 hours. No one answers the phone to even make an inquiry. Very disappointing and I will not be a return cusotomer.

Placed an order on 11/25 my order still…

Placed an order on 11/25 my order still says unfulfilled sent an email and response was you have to wait for a tracking number. Waited a week called and they told me that the order has not been processed or shipped from the warehouse and they cannot give a status until a tracking number is issued. No idea when that will occur. No status and they were rude. Asked to cancel my order and they informed me they could not until a tracking number was issued then I would have to return it. Crappy customer service.

Mistletoe Limited Edition Tumbler Fraud

I followed the steps to try to get the limited edition, mistletoe, Stanley Tumblr, and was actually successful. I had to pull my car over to try to make the purchase within minutes before they sold out, which is always annoying and ridiculous with these stupid drops! I thought I was purchasing three of them for my three children. I paid for them and got the confirmation and never received shipping information. After over a half hour on hold she finally told me they were arriving in the next day. They arrived but when my kids opened the boxes, they were not the limited edition mistletoe. They sent me three pink ones. This makes me so angry because I’m sure they oversold the product and then just decided to ship out something random and see if the person was OK with that one. it took me another 45 minutes to get through to Customer Service and she told me I’m sorry but the mistletoe limited edition Tumblr is sold out and we cannot possibly replace them unless you escalate this to warranty and we have to find out if the manufacturer can make a few more, but we are not sure when that would be. I argued it is already December 10 so nobody wants to receive it after Christmas! She then told me if I want the opportunity to try to get the limited edition mistletoe tumblers. I would have to send back the three they sent by mistake even after I offered to just keep them and pay for the ones I ordered . She said she cannot do that and after much arguing she said she could offer me a 10% discount on my next order! They are in the $25-$35 range so a 10% discount is almost nothing! For some reason these tumblers are popular right now with the teens or at least the teen girls but I can’t wait for this trend to drop because this is a horribly managed company and not deserving of the current following. This mom has made her last purchase of anything from this company. The most annoying thing is they happen to ship the limited edition, mistletoe tumblers to all the corrupt people who are now trying to resell them on eBay and other websites for 4 to 5 times the price. Great job, Stanley! I hope nobody pays these corrupt sellers on eBay these ridiculous prices for this tumbler.

-5 Stars-Holding my money hostage

I wish I could give this company negative stars. I placed an order on 11/17, received it and decided I did not like the color after I opened one. I started a return, mailed it back in and it was received on 12/06 at their warehouse. I have been waiting for almost a month for my refund of $117.70. I have sent numerous emails, contacted their IG account, and spoke with customer service after a 25 minute wait. I have been given the runaround time and time again. It is absolutely insane that a million dollar company like Stanley has such horrible customer service and horrible business practices. I just want my money back. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I will never purchase another Stanley. I know that doesn't impact their sales but STANLEY is a HORRIBLE COMPANY to do business with. Go support other brands.

Ordered a cup the beginning of…

Ordered a cup the beginning of December. 0 updates so I emailed to see what was up and no response for weeks. Then I asked for a refund beginning of January , no response. 2 weeks pass and they emailed back saying they’re working on my order but turns out they ended up just giving me the refund

This is the actual site but they tried to scam me. I was at the end of the check out process and the price shot up to full without using the coupon codes out accepted before. Watch out it looks like this company is either glitching or is actually trying to trick shoppers.

Bad Business Practice

The 10% off coupon they extend to new customers doesn't apply to most of their products, specifically does NOT apply to their tumblers which is what everyone wants. They only want to capture your email and mobile info on order to continue to send you marketing materials. I sent customer service an email expressing my disappointment. They replied with a ticket resolution of, we'll send your feedback to management. They do not care at all about converting new customers, or standing by their offer and unfortunately it turned me off to their products all together. These were for my 13 yo daughter, sorry honey you won't be getting a Stanley cup this Christmas or ever (if mom's buying) ...

First time customer, terrible experience !

I ordered a custom cup as a gift for my daughter from their official website. I can’t tell you how much crosschecking I did just to make sure that I went to their OFFICIAL Website. On the website it stated that custom orders could take a few weeks to process. No big deal, I didn’t mind waiting, but five weeks went by without any sort of status update. I reached out to their customer support just to inquire about an update and they claim I wasn’t anywhere in their system. I sent them proof of payment, ticket number and a detailed description of my order. They continued to claim my order wasn’t received and that there was nothing that they could do and recommended to dispute it with my bank. They marked the case as “resolved” and kept my money! This company is a joke that lacks accountability and professionalism. Do NOT recommend.
