No notice in my order

No notice in my order, when I connected support they told me it was canceled, turned out not be cancelled but it took them ages to respond and give a tracking link so order got shipped back. Very slow support and they never respond to a question right away with a straight answer.

Ordered from Other stories on H&M nearly 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t even been dispatched yet. Love the brand but this just isn’t acceptable customer service. I will not be buying from there again unless it’s from a bricks and mortar shop.

No delivery, no refund, worst customer service…

No delivery, no refund, worst customer service… purchased a jacket for £185.50 on 25th Oct. Paid for express delivery. It never arrived. Was stuck in Netherlands for 6 days. UPS said they do not have my address, Other stories said UPS has not told them that. Asked for a refund, no refund still and customer services said it can take up to 12 Nov to get it. In addition they now say you have checked out with Klarna even if you did not use klarna. Those worrying about getting mortgage or other credit should avoid as Klarna does not look good on bank statements when one’s affordability for credit is assessed. So yes, I did not receive the jacket and still no refund although Other stories claim it has been issued. My bank says it has not been issued, klarna does not see my purchase despite other stories saying they only allow klarna or paypal checkout. So I have to do a daily call to my bank, Other Stories and klarna to track down the refund.

The worst customer service in the…

The worst customer service in the world.To order the return impossible, been dealing with it for 2 months, do not want the goods, nobody answers the msg on Instagram, nobody answers msg on face, nobody replays to mails, eventually found a number does people keep repeating like chat gpt, no help whatsoever.So disappointed, so exausted with this experience.The clothes are amazing but the customer service, just forget your money/help/whatsoever. So sad, skip this store

Ordered an item which I selected the…

Ordered an item which I selected the wrong size, rang within minutes to cancel but because they’re systems were down they could not cancel my order, was told to call back in 2-3 hours time. I called back and was told again systems were down and to call back in the morning. Called back in the morning to be told they cannot cancel my order now as it’s gone past the time frame!! I explained I rang back within minutes of placing the order but the systems were down but still they said there is nothing they can do! I have to now wait for the item to be delivered to then return it for me to get my refund, it is now Saturday and I ordered this last Tuesday and still no shipment. And the best part is they are now charging £3 to return items which I’m guessing people aren’t aware of! Fuming! I won’t be ordering again.

Sadly,the quality is very poor

Sadly,the quality is very poor. "merino wool" plied after the 1st wearing and unwearable after three. Company not willing to do anything about it. I would go elsewhere!

delivery super late, refund missing for a month and still waiting

My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating. First, my order was delayed, and I wanted to cancel it as I didn’t want to wait over two weeks for delivery. However, I was told cancellations are only allowed same day as you put the order, so you dont have a choice but to wait for a super late delivery even if it takes two weeks you are not allowed to cancel. After inquiring about the delay, I received the order a few days later, but the quality was far below my expectations, so I returned it.Now, over four weeks have passed, and I still haven’t received my refund. I was told a week ago that I should expect it within 3–5 days, but nothing has happened.It’s been a painful lesson: sometimes it’s better to shop locally or support smaller businesses rather than dealing with the bigger ones.

Too expensive site for such a bad performance in delivery

Too expensive site to have so terrible delivery.Ordered on 29.9.2024.,still hasn't got the package,and on their site track status says in transport.Heard from customer service,I hope it will be solved and I get my money back,but I repeat it is too expensive site to go through all the hassle (calling customer service,talking in english for it is not my mother tongue and so on..).

Almost impossible to get a refund

I don't know what is wrong with the refunds on their end, but I have refunded 2 orders (my only 2 orders with them), and unable to get money for both. For the first one they were claiming there were issues on Klarna side, but why on earth, if I don't have an account with Klarna and have never used it for payment (now I have to contact Klarna myself every week, and every new call gives me different information about the reason for the delay). For the second order they were unable to accept it in store, so I had to use a carrier, and also still don't see the money, even though I know they have received and processed it already.
